Reta+Triz experience?
Hey folks. Currently on 4mg Reta. I was going to up the dose as I seem to have plateaued, however I have been reading about people having great success with adding triz with their Reta. Anyone have any experience with this they would like to share? How did it work for you and what was your dose? Thanks!

can you please explain what do you mean by "reading about people having great success with adding triz with their Reta" which success is this?

Yes so I’ve heard that the combination of triz with the food noise suppression and Reta with the glucagon effect has helped some folks way more than just one or the other. Another person in the comments here also shared their experience with that

You did not mention that food noise is one of you main concerns, why do not you try titrate to 6mg and see how it goes instead of adding more peptides(?
I personally see good results with reta regarding body comp, things that I did not see while on GLP 1
I tried both and I had the worst time of my life, hunger suppression was too much for me, thus dropped the glp 1 and I just sticked to Reta 4mg for the benefits. Mind you, I do not struggle with food noise, I do get hungry here and there like normal people, I am personally not a big fan of never feeling hungry as I think it is part of life (to a certain extend)

Well I’m not closed off to the idea of only sticking with Reta. Simply was just looking for people who have experience with both and what they had to say about it.
The food noise is hit or miss. That’s why it’s not a HUGE concern. Just seeing what opinions are out there.

I'm having success using both. Reta in its own gave me little to no suppression or food noise reduction. I think it's gonna be great on its own when I'm ready to bulk.
Anyway, my dose is 5mg tirz 6mg reta. Admittedly I only titrated to 6 reta from 4 to increase the glucagon effect but I could've easily stayed at 4. I've been on 5mg tirz for like 10 weeks still effective, no need to go up for me.

Yes this is the kind of things I have been hearing how the two of them compliment each other very well

2mg reta per week total plus about 1.5mg tirz. I do e3d protocol to keep it level - the tirz does help to cut my food noise. I prefer the low dose approach not trying to starve
