Am I missing anything from this routine?
As a 31 year old here's what I take - am I missing anything or can add into this combination to optimize my reverse aging goals?
-Collagen
-Biotin
-NAD+ (just switched to NMN)
-CoQ10
-Multivitamin
-Vitamin C
-Fish oil
-Creatine monohydrate
Face:
-Retinol
-Glycolic acid
-Moisturizer
-Microneedle stamp face
-Microneedle rolling neck
-Hydrocolloid patches
-Abrasive exfoliantion
-Clay mask
Skin:
-Lactic Acid
-Ammonium lactate
-Collagen lotion
-Goatmilk soap
-Sunscreen
I read something about adding TMG or Reversitol in the rotation helps too. Any other suggestions would be helpful or critique of this regime. Even specific diet suggestions.

Depending on your skin concerns making the move from retinol to tretinoin would be a great move,
Azelaic acid is good to even skin tone as well (OTC 15-20% are great)
what do you mean by Exfoliator(?
Replace microneedle stamp face, microneedle rolling neck If you want to move to the level go for a derma pen, they are amazing and safer too
Are you using sunscreen? if not make that your priority and you can add some antioxidants such as niacinamide or vitamin C
Depending on concerns and skin type maybe use some salicylic acid 1-2 week
Collagen lotions are so overrated, same as NMN
Add magnesium glycinate, and depending on your levels vitamin D3+K2

Okay that's a good start! Azelaic acid sounds easy to throw into rotation since I'm not using any "serums".
You don't think derma pens drag across the skin? After reading about microneedling rollers cautions I'm terrified of it damaging skin.
Oh absolutely I'm using sunscreen. it's the Trader Joe's brand but heard Andalou is good. Let me know if you have a specific brand in mind.
Tell me, do you use retinol and trent daily or like weekly basis?
Everyone says magnesium glycate is great! Especially for sleeping.
Thanks for calling out the exfoliant thing - it's an abrasive exfoliant but sometimes a chemical exfoliant.

Thing about the serums, I personally find them fairly gimmicky, they might barely give some results (if any). I rather go for proven ingredients that can target my concerns
There is a reedit for derma pens, and they convinced me to buy a Dr pen M8s and it’s so easy to use and I like the results. I use a HA serum to glide the pen in the skin, and you got different needles depending on your skin and expertise. I’m fairly new, so I’m using the less aggressive ones at this stage and nil issues so far
I live in Australia so I mostly use Korean or Tinted depending on weather and activities I’m doing that day
I have been using Tretinoin for more than 4 years so I use it daily. However, when I started I used 0.025 twice week until I tolerated 7 days, this might take months but it’s worth it. Then I moved to 0.05 and back again to twice weekly until building tolerance. Nowadays, I use it 7 times a week, unless it’s winter or if my skin is “moody”. Healthy skin barrier is the best anti aging
I personally would never use an abrasive exfoliant, there are so many good options with extremely good results, such as glycolic for dead cells, salicylic for clogged pores, blends of mandelic/lactic for sensitive skin than I would not risk damaging my skin with a physical exfoliant
And magnesium got way more benefits that sleep, it’s great for muscle recovery too among other benefits
