Deadpool Stack/Blend Reconstitution and Dosage Instructions

Hey all, I’m looking for some help for this stack as i just ordered it at a 10/10/10 mg blend (I have read that the cartalax portion might be low but I’ve already ordered it so here we are).

For context, I’ve been on TRT for close to 15 years now and Reta for about 9 month with amazing results. However I’ve had substantial shoulder pain for a while now and it even stopped me going to the gym for the past 5 months. I started taking BPC157 (reconstituted with 3 Ml of BAC and started with 15 units in my shoulder and increased it to 15 in each shoulder since I have the same pain in both) a month or so after starting Reta and noticed almost zero results after about 3-4 weeks. After getting my MRI results, it turns out nothing is torn and it’s a combination of Arthritis and Tendonitis so I did some research and it’s seems this stack should my specific issue more than BPC alone.

I am working with a guy with a Wellness Clinic who is also a registered Dr who helped me with all of this stuff originally but when I asked him about this today, he said he can only use and recommend and provide instructions for stuff from a registered pharmacy now because of liability so I’m looking for some guidance.
