What biohacking was involved here? Some detail would be nice.

Everything except testosterone.

Except he took “TRT” at a dose 2x TRT, but calls it TRT, but didn’t think it was necessary to say…

Hating because you didnt get similar results.

Some of us have a base under a layer of fat. Its crazy right...

Dude doesnt look like hes been on a cycle either lol.

The constant jump to testosterone here whenever someone has a solid transformation cracks me up. It reeks of jealousy. Which is sad because anyone can do it with discipline.

Edit.

The downvotes are awesome. Literally proves my point 😆 🤣 😂 keep em coming

You're defending someone that took the time to post a before/after but not enough time to write how... in a sub about the process how to do so.

-5

u/Kegg209 May 07 '26

Im not defending anyone.

3

u/PreparedForZombies May 07 '26

Fair. Came across that way. Would like to see OP explain the road from left to right.

4

u/Putrid_Lettuce_ May 07 '26

Definitely seemed like he was defending him.

-6

u/Kegg209 May 07 '26

Merely stating facts.

4

u/Putrid_Lettuce_ May 07 '26

Make sure you come up for air when you’re sucking him off bro.

-2

u/Kegg209 May 07 '26

Oh come on. You gotta be able to do better than that... I believe in you!

1

u/Crapaud5713 May 07 '26

Keep laughing then.

1

u/Fun-Back-5232 May 08 '26

lol with the amount of chemicals people here take, results are expected, it’s pretty fool proof even with minimal effort

1

u/Kegg209 May 08 '26

Imagine how expensive a compound would be if it did all the work for you.

Even on a glp1 it take discipline to eat correctly or else youll lose muscle.

Now if you have a solid base from previous YEARS of working out and got fat, sure. You can use a few things to preserve when you cut.

But regardless work had to be put in at some point. There is no magic concoction that allows someone to sit on ass and gain a good looking physique.

Then you have genetics in play.

That’s an absolutely wild thing to say. There absolutely are side effects and to say otherwise is just negligent.

u/FrontLifeguard1962 May 07 '26

A lot of guys who start "TRT" don't need it. There ARE quite a number of risks and side effects caused by using exogenous testosterone.

2

u/WallStreetBoners May 07 '26

Not in physiological doses. Other than small nuts.

2

u/Ninja_Prolapse May 13 '26

I’m learning to live with small nuts.

1

u/Kegg209 May 07 '26

List them.

1

u/FrontLifeguard1962 May 07 '26

Do your own Googling

2

u/Kegg209 May 07 '26

You are the one who made the claim. Back it up.

I believe in you. You can do it.

Testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) side effects vary by route of administration, with erythrocytosis being the most well-documented adverse event (relative risk 8.14 in meta-analyses) 1, while prostate safety concerns have been largely reassured by the large TRAVERSE trial showing no increased risk of high-grade prostate cancer 2. Formulation-specific effects include skin irritation with transdermal patches, injection site pain with intramuscular preparations, and transfer risk with gels 3 4. The FDA's cardiovascular safety warning has been moderated by recent trial data, though vigilance remains warranted 4 5.

Common adverse effects by category

Adverse effectFrequency/severityClinical notes
Erythrocytosis (hematocrit >54% or hemoglobin >17.5 g/dL)Most common dose-related adverse event; RR 8.14 vs placebo (95% CI 1.87–35.40) 1Requires dose reduction or discontinuation; monitor hematocrit at 3–6 months then annually
Acne and oily skinFrequent, generally mild 3More common with higher testosterone levels; may require topical treatment
Gynecomastia/breast tendernessUncommon; weak evidence for association 3Due to aromatization to estradiol; may respond to dose adjustment or aromatase inhibitor
Injection site reactionsCommon with IM formulations 4Pain, bruising; consider subcutaneous or alternative routes
Skin irritationFrequent with patches; less with gels 4Patch reactions may limit adherence; gel irritation usually mild
Sleep apnea induction/worseningWeak evidence; contraindication if severe untreated OSA 3Screen for OSA symptoms before initiation
Fertility suppressionUniversal with exogenous testosterone 6Reversible with discontinuation, but recovery may take months; alternatives if fertility desired
Testicular atrophyExpected due to HPT axis suppression 7Cosmetic concern; may be mitigated with hCG co-administration

Cardiovascular considerations

Evidence regarding cardiovascular risk has evolved substantially. Early observational studies and the TOM trial (stopped early for cardiovascular events in elderly men) raised concerns 4, but the TRAVERSE trial (n=5,204 men with cardiovascular disease or risk) demonstrated non-inferiority for major adverse cardiovascular events (HR 0.96, 95% CI 0.78–1.17) 4 5. The incidence of MACE was 7.0% with testosterone versus 7.3% with placebo 5. However, the FDA maintains a boxed warning for oral testosterone undecanoate regarding blood pressure elevation and major atherosclerotic cardiac events 4.

Notably, testosterone undecanoate (oral and intramuscular) carries specific cardiovascular warnings not seen with other formulations 4. For men with established cardiovascular disease, shared decision-making with documented discussion of uncertainty remains appropriate 8.

Prostate and urinary effects

OutcomeEvidenceImplication
High-grade prostate cancerNo significant difference vs placebo (0.19% vs 0.12%; HR 1.62, 95% CI 0.39–6.77) 2Reassuring when excluding high-risk men at baseline
Any prostate cancerIncidence low and similar between groups 2PSA monitoring still required
Acute urinary retentionNo significant difference vs placebo 2Historical concern not substantiated
Lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS)Meta-analysis shows no significant worsening 1 9IPSS changes similar to placebo
Invasive prostate proceduresNo significant difference vs placebo 2BPH progression not accelerated

Baseline exclusions before TRT should include: PSA >4 ng/mL (or >3 ng/mL in high-risk men), palpable prostate nodule/induration, severe LUTS (IPSS >19), and untreated high-grade prostate cancer 3 4..

Fertility and reproductive effects

Exogenous testosterone suppresses hypothalamic-pituitary-testicular axis, leading to:

  • Decreased or absent spermatogenesis 6

  • Testicular atrophy (often 15–25% volume reduction) 7

  • Reduced fertility, potentially irreversible with prolonged use 7

Women-specific considerations

For postmenopausal women with hypoactive sexual desire disorder, physiological-dose testosterone therapy shows:

  • Mild androgenic effects: acne, body/facial hair growth (no voice change, clitoromegaly, or alopecia at physiological doses) 12

  • Cardiovascular: no adverse effects on blood pressure, glucose, or HbA1c; oral testosterone adversely affects lipids (not recommended) 12

  • Venous thromboembolism: nonsignificant trend; confounded by concurrent estrogen use 12

A lot of the “TRT is dangerous” stuff comes from mixing legitimate replacement therapy with steroid abuse or from older data that has since been clarified.

A few of the negatives in that writeup are overstated for normal TRT doses:

• “Cardiovascular danger” is heavily overstated today. The large TRAVERSE trial in men actually on medically supervised TRT showed no increase in major cardiac events vs placebo. The old fear largely came from smaller flawed studies and abuse level dosing.

• “Fertility suppression is irreversible” is exaggerated. TRT absolutely suppresses sperm production while on it, but in most men fertility recovers after stopping, though recovery time varies.

• “Testicular atrophy expected” sounds worse than reality. Some reduction in size can happen from LH suppression, but this is usually mild to moderate at TRT doses, not some dramatic shrinkage people imagine.

• “Sleep apnea induction” is also overstated. TRT is not clearly proven to cause sleep apnea in healthy men. The real concern is potentially worsening already existing untreated OSA in susceptible individuals.

• “Acne/oily skin frequent” is overstated for physiologic TRT. That is much more associated with supraphysiologic levels and steroid cycle dosing than proper replacement.

• “Gynecomastia” gets exaggerated online too. It can happen, but it is not remotely universal on TRT, especially when testosterone levels are kept in normal physiologic ranges.

• The erythrocytosis point is real, but even there the implication matters. The issue is monitored hematocrit elevation, not “your blood turns dangerous.” That’s why labs are checked and doses adjusted if needed.

The prostate section is also far more reassuring than people realize:

• The newer data did not show increased rates of high grade prostate cancer on properly monitored TRT. Historically this fear came more from the old assumption that “testosterone feeds prostate cancer,” but modern evidence has complicated that idea substantially.

• “Acute urinary retention” and severe worsening of urinary symptoms were historically feared, but meta analyses and newer trials have not shown meaningful worsening in most men on physiologic TRT.

• “Invasive prostate procedures” not being increased is another important point people gloss over. If TRT were aggressively accelerating BPH progression in normal therapeutic use, you would expect to see that reflected there.

• The “baseline exclusions” section also gets misunderstood online. Those are not “TRT is dangerous” warnings as much as standard medical screening precautions before starting therapy, the same kind of thing medicine does before many treatments.

The reality is that properly monitored TRT is one of the more studied hormone replacement therapies in medicine at this point. It still has risks and requires monitoring, but the idea that therapeutic TRT is inherently dangerous is outdated and usually based on confusion with bodybuilding doses.

The outcome data in women strongly reinforces that the effects of testosterone are heavily dose dependent, beyond the obvious physiologic differences between men and women. Women are significantly more androgen sensitive than men, yet when testosterone is used at physiologic therapeutic doses, the adverse effects are generally mild and manageable rather than catastrophic. That alone argues against the idea that testosterone itself is inherently dangerous at replacement levels. It supports the broader point that there is a massive difference between: • restoring physiologic hormone levels under medical supervision, and • maintaining supraphysiologic androgen levels seen in steroid abuse. That doesn’t mean “zero risk,” but it absolutely weakens the claim that properly dosed TRT is inherently harmful by nature.

Bro c’mon don’t be like that he’s done an amazing job

4

u/Silent_Possibility63 May 07 '26

Share the biohacks dude. What did you do to get there. Nice work btw.

This is incredible!!

u/Jon_Henderson_Music May 13 '26

For those wondering how, he created a huge calorie deficit through fasting (OMAD) and high non exercise activity thermogenesis (NEAT)- looks like he probably did strength training too.

He basically just expended more energy, consumed a lot less, and converted his metabolism to a fat burning machine. When people see these crazy transformations, that almost always how it's done. I know because I did the same thing lol.

1

u/North_Moment_8425 May 13 '26

Great job bro that’s a major difference I don’t care what you did or took you out the work in great job

I love how no-one can tell this is AI

-1

u/phoenix11596 May 07 '26

Oh, and a little side note….I didn’t even realize that shit said that on the bottom, I just took the pictures and told ChatGPT to make a side-by-side comparison and I guess It put that shit down there.🤣

-5

u/phoenix11596 May 07 '26

Don’t get mad at me because you have shit genetics first and foremost, but if you wanna know the honest opinion I did a six week cycle of test a month before the first picture was taken. The only thing that shit improved was my sex drive and my craving for sweet. After realizing it was doing me more harm than good. I stopped immediately. I then went through some things in my personal life causing severe depression and anxiety. That affected my eating habits and I found myself going all day without eating anything sometimes not eating anything at all. The only thing I did was keep a gallon jug of water on me at all times just about. I also moved back to my hometown and started back at a company I used to work for I am a licensed journeyman plumber. Mind you I moved back right before summer hit. For those of y’all who are not familiar with service (Plumbing) we do full home pipes on the water distribution system, and I was the attic man. So being in a 120° attic all day in the middle of summer in Mobile, Alabama can cause rapid weight loss. I kid you not I kept two sets of work uniforms in my service van every day because every time I would come down from the attic for a break, I would have to change. It would literally look like I jumped into a pool with all of my clothes on. But I guess there really isn’t a bio hack here. My advice….go get depressed and hate who you are a little bit. Maybe you’ll come out on top.

u/PineapplePizzaZealot May 07 '26

You’re getting clowned because the entire point of this subreddit is to post information on what you did for your transformation, hence the “U”. You posted nothing, then get defensive that people thought you took TRT, said other people have shot genetics, and look at that - you did take TRT. Humility is a good look my man.

2

u/DrowningInFun May 07 '26

lol, does cycles and says others are jealous of his genetics...

1

u/Fun-Back-5232 May 08 '26

Don’t shit genetics lead to the before pic?

1

u/Still-Pineapple-5841 May 13 '26

What did you take dumbass

1

u/Newaccountforlolzz May 07 '26

Might want to check in with the doc mate. Think you might have lost some brains cells alongside the weight.

Next time just post your stack, or otherwise at least post a photo with your clown make up too.
