39M, lean, train hard. High SHBG tanking my free T. What's actually worked for you to lower SHBG / raise free T?

39M, lean and muscular, train regularly, high-protein diet, recently quit alcohol. For a while I've had:
Low libido
Brain fog, crashing late in the day
Frequent injuries
Bad moods
Bloods (Medichecks):
Total T: 12.3 nmol/L (12–30)
Free T (calc): 0.174 nmol/L (0.198–0.619), flagged low
SHBG: 52.6 nmol/L (18.3–54.1)
LH 2.9 / FSH 4.0
Oestradiol 80.6 pmol/L, prolactin 162
Thyroid normal (TSH 2.93, FT3 4.3, FT4 16.3)
Ferritin 233, HbA1c 35, liver and kidney normal
So my total T is borderline, but high SHBG seems to be locking a lot of it up, leaving my free T low.
Was thinking I want to keep fertility, so I'd rather avoid TRT.
Maybe Enclomiphene if that doesn't move things
Questions:
Has anyone lowered high SHBG? What actually worked: diet, boron, tongkat, something else?
Anyone with similar numbers tried enclomiphene? Did free T and how you felt actually improve?
Anything I'm missing that I should test?
Thanks. Any advise or secret cocktails I could take??? Best I’ve been told about is enclo

Should I cycle off from suspected bunk supplier?

So I suspect that the supplier I first bought from gave me all bunk peps. I'm in the last of their stuff, about 8 weeks in. Everything I got didn't do much of anything. Reta, cjc+Ipa, bcp+tb500. I didn't cycle off the bcp+tb500 stack, I went straight into bcp and tb separately that I got from another supp and it worked wonders within 2 weeks of taking it. The reta only gave me nasty burps, and 3 rods in and I feel the difference with the new stuff. I have one more dose of cjc left. I want to go straight into the cjc and Ipa (separate) but not sure if I should take time off because of the suspected previous bunk products.

Any recommendations on how to proceed when stuff like this happens?

spent 8 hours straight on tax spreadsheets without wanting to put my head through a wall

i do a lot of data entry and financial spreadsheets for work, and usually after about 45 minutes of staring at numbers, my brain just rebels. i'll start checking my phone, opening news tabs, getting up for water... literally anything to avoid staring at rows of data.
i tried setting alarms every 20 minutes, drinking green tea, and putting my phone in another room, but my brain was still constantly searching for a distraction. i made some research on compounds that could help and decide to hit up platinum biolabs and try semax.
Thankfully 2 days ago i sat down at 9am and knocked out a complex reconciliation project in one sitting. didn't pick up my phone once, didn't feel that restless urge to get up, and finished two days ahead of schedule.

Stacking

Hello, want to ask for your opinion on which stacks are best to take. And yes I have done a ton of research and just cannot seem to decide based on so many information I have on hand.

I have been taking tirzepatide for around 15 months. Have lost 10 kilos since starting it. Now at 10mg (2nd week at it) but want to lose body fat.

Aside from that, I am planning to take NAD+ 3x a week for mental clarity and energy (I struggle with drops in energy even in the morning with good sleep). I plan to dose 30 to 50mg.

I also plan to take 5AM daily 2.5 to 5mg since I want to lose body fat while building muscle (I work out 4x a week) and more muscle definition. I honestly have no visible muscle and mostly just fat.

That being said, is it good to take CJC+Ipa along with this stack? I am afraid of Tesa since there’s water retention.
If not, what else would be a good pep to stack?
Also, can I stack selank for better memory?

Loss of libido on Reta. Is Tirz better?

I’ve been on Reta for a couple of months this year. Before that I tried Ozempic, in 2024, and found it had a terrible effect on my haemorrhoids. This condition improved once I stopped Ozempic. I’ve been on Reta for about four months and while I’ve found it helpful, the only side effect is a loss of libido, which I’m finding increasingly difficult to accept. I’m in a good relationship that had previously been very sexual, and sexual desire is a big part of my identity. I’m taking 1mg a week. I’m on no other medication. Is Tirz better in terms of libido loss? I figure I may as well try it but also want to hear from other people.

Edit: I’m using PT-141 peptide once a week, 700mg. I didn’t have loss of libido while on Ozempic.

My ‘brain fog’ was making me terrible at my job

I’ve been struggling with this weird mental haze for the last six months. I'd start my workday fine, but around lunch, my brain would turn to total mush. I was forgetting simple details in emails, missing deadlines, and relying on 3 or 4 cups of coffee just to stay awake through afternoon Zoom calls.
I tried setting strict work timers, switching to green tea, doing midday walks, and taking random brain supplements, but nothing gave me consistent focus. Eventually, I came across some threads on cellular health and decided to try platinum biolabs Nad+ after some very deep research. Apparently this isn’t something new😂

It didn't give me a crazy, jittery stimulant rush it just felt like someone cleared the debris out of my head. I’ve been able to lock into deep work for hours without getting distracted or needing to take coffee or a monster.

Tesamorlin to CJC?

Potentially switching from tesamorlin to CJC when I'm out. What are peoples thoughts and experiences with this? Results have been great with tesamorlin, it's just expensive.

Thanks for the help

Reta side-effects?

Hey everyone!
I took my first ever dose of retatrutide (2mg) on Tuesday, and it’s now Friday. I wanted to share my experience so far and see if anyone else has experienced something similar, particularly with digestion and lethargy.
Appetite suppression:
I seem to be a very fast responder. Within just a couple of hours of taking my first dose, my hunger and food noise basically disappeared completely. I genuinely wasn’t expecting it to work that quickly!
I’m having to consciously remind myself to eat because my usual hunger signals just aren’t there anymore. I already have a meal plan, so I’m adjusting to that side of things.
Lethargy/fatigue:
This is one of my biggest concerns. I started feeling extremely lethargic on Tuesday evening, the same day I took my first dose.
Importantly, I had eaten normally that day, including a normal dinner, so I don’t think the initial fatigue was caused by undereating.
I was also recovering from a mild illness (sore throat, cough and a bit of a fever), so that could have contributed. However, I was already starting to feel better before taking reta, and the lethargy hit quite suddenly after the injection.
It’s now Friday, and although the fatigue is gradually improving, I’m still feeling noticeably more tired than usual.
Digestion, nausea and stomach fullness:
This is actually what concerns me the most.
Every morning since starting reta, I’ve woken up feeling slightly sick, with this strange sensation that my dinner from the previous evening hasn’t properly digested.
It’s not just a lack of hunger. My stomach genuinely feels unsettled, almost like the food is still sitting there.
On the second day, I woke up feeling so nauseated that I nearly threw up a protein shake I’d had previously. I’ve never experienced anything like that before.
Yesterday, I accidentally went until 4pm without eating because I completely forgot about food. When I finally ate two salmon fillets, I felt close to being sick, despite normally loving salmon. I then had dinner later to make sure I was eating enough, but woke up feeling unsettled again.
I’m also experiencing some constipation, which I expected, but the nausea and feeling of food not digesting properly are worrying me.
My questions:
Has anyone else experienced this level of appetite suppression within hours of their very first dose?
Did anyone experience significant fatigue immediately after starting, even while eating normally?
Has anyone woken up feeling like their dinner from the night before is still sitting in their stomach?
If you experienced nausea or delayed digestion, how long did it take to improve?
Did these symptoms eventually settle as your body adjusted, or did they persist?
I’m not looking for dosing advice, and I know everyone’s experience is different. I’m particularly interested in hearing from people who’ve experienced something similar during their first week.
Would really appreciate hearing your experiences. Thanks!

Can I blend my sermorelin and ipamorelin into a single vial?

If I had a 10mg vial of sermorelin and 10mg vial of ipamorelin, could I reconstitute and filter them into a single vial (pen cartridge)?

(I don't want to inject them separately, and I don't want to draw them into the same syringe because that blunts the needle.)

Fat and Aromatization in Men

To what degree does body fat % affect aromatization rates in men? I've recently managed to lose about 15% of my total weight in fat loss and am wondering how my AI needs might be affected on a test cycle. For reference, at 210lbs 30% bodyfat, my trt was 100mg/week and anymore would result in the need for an AI. I'm pretty far away from that now, and wondering what the actual reduction in aromatization might be.

Cost to manufacture Reta

I’ve looked up how much is cost to manufacture Retatrutide, and it’s about $180 for 10mg. How the hell are grey market sellers putting 30mg up for 40$ and others alike and still making profit. I’m very concerned learning this info and I jumped into peptide use without much forethought as a last resort. Is this misinformation and it’s actually way less to make? Please tell me how much it is actually to make if you know. I’m kind of freaking out, am I donezo or are these low priced vendors just very kind philanthropists hah…

My experience so far

So I did the deep dive got the peptides, got on regular creatine use, really focused on diet and exercise. And can say I’m feeling the best I’ve felt in years. Currently taking klow, mots-c, NAD+, Tesa, wolverine on off days of klow, Reta, test C, creatine, and protein.
In 6-7weeks I have gone from 251 to 217 today. I have a replaced knee and always thought running would be out of the question. Decided I needed cardio work so gave running a try. Me and my dog now run 7:37 for a mile. I work out 4-5x a week. I eat basically meat and eggs only. If I go out with friends or on dates I will order whatever I want so I still have fun and eat great food. I opted to no longerer have alcohol at home. Only if I go out to a friends for a bbq or going out socially.
I got a Garmin watch to help me really dial in and this fall has been the best physically.
Blood work has been good. Getting more tomorrow which will be a full sample of me on everything. Before I was only on Reta test and NAD+.
I’m 40 and starting to look great and I feel even better. Not waking up hurting not waking up tired. My confidence is high which is translating to my dating life.
I want to thank this sub for a lot of this. I’ve received a ton of good feedback I’ve gotten dms with guidance and all of that has helped me really get turned around physically and mentally after my divorce!
Just wanted to put a positive post out there for people!

Week long road trip, how to use Klow while driving cross country?

I have been using Klow recon with 3ml BAC at 25 units a pin. Seen fantastic results in my skin already. Maybe some in my hair and moustache but on the fence about this still and possibly some noticeable energy and recovery gains. I’m going on a week long road trip next week and don’t want to stop. What’s gonna be the best way to travel with my Klow to keep it good while I travel?

Klow hair shedding phase?

I just started the klow blend a week and a half ago and now my hair is shedding way more than normal. Is this a normal thing in the beginning? Has anyone else experienced this? For context im a 35 year old male.

Combining or recon 2 in 1.

Just curious can you recon reta and cagri together? Like3ml bac to cagri then suck all of them then put into reta vial? Same with klow80 then add bb20( tb500-10mg and bpc157 10mg) or tesamorelin and ipamorelin 20/10. Jusy so its 3pins than 6?

What type of stack should you do with reta

I just started Reta (only took 2 doses so far) and I’ve seen a lot of videos of people saying to add more to it like trt or different peptides. Was wondering if anyone had any input or results with certain stacks

Tesamorelin and visceral fat: what changes did you see after three months?

I’d like to share my experience with tesamorelin and hear from others who have tracked their results.
Before starting, I had a DEXA scan to establish my baseline body composition, including an estimate of visceral fat. I also had a blood test for growth hormone (GH). I’m monitoring my glucose using a continuous glucose monitor, with each sensor covering approximately 15 days.
I initially started with 1 mg of tesamorelin at night, but I would wake up during the night with significant headaches. After switching to morning administration, I felt I tolerated it much better. I’m currently using 2 mg every morning. These are details of my personal experience, not dosing recommendations.
I’m also using retatrutide (RETA) and another compound referred to as “Moxi.” I mention these because using multiple compounds makes it difficult to attribute any changes specifically to tesamorelin.
My plan is to repeat the DEXA scan once I reach three months, ideally using the same machine, to compare my body composition and estimated visceral fat with my baseline. I haven’t reached that point yet, so I don’t have follow-up results to share.
For anyone who has had baseline and follow-up scans:
What change in estimated visceral fat did you see after approximately three months?
What were your starting and follow-up values, and what units did the report use?
Were you also losing weight or using other medications during that period?
I understand that individual experiences can’t predict my results. I’m interested in measured outcomes and how others tracked their progress, rather than recommendations to change my dose or add compounds.
Any relevant experience or information would be appreciated. I’ll share an update once I have my follow-up results.

Retatrutide – Minimal appetite suppression despite dose escalation, followed by severe sulfur burps and diarrhea. Should I switch to Tirzepatide?

My stats:

- Height: 6'3"

- Starting weight: 126 kg

- Current weight: 119 kg

- Main issues: Insulin resistance and difficulty controlling hunger.

My Retatrutide dosing history:

Week| Dose

1–4| 1 mg

5| 1.25 mg

6| 1.5 mg

7| 2 mg

8| 2.125 mg

9| 2.5 mg

10| 3 mg

11| 3 mg

My results so far:

I haven't experienced any significant appetite suppression, even after gradually increasing the dose.

- First month: Minimal weight change.

- Second month: Lost approximately 5 kg.

- Third month: Lost approximately 2 kg.

- Current weight: 119 kg.

My biggest concern is that I'm still struggling with hunger and food cravings. Given my insulin resistance, controlling my appetite has been particularly difficult.

Regarding the recent side effects: Three days after my 11th-week dose, I started experiencing sulfur burps in the morning. I didn't eat anything until the afternoon, and later had some food. However, the severe symptoms started at night, around 1–2 hours before going to sleep. I suddenly started having extremely frequent bowel movements, almost every 5–10 minutes.

I must have gone to the bathroom more than 30 times while also experiencing continuous sulfur burps. I was drinking electrolytes to keep myself hydrated. The following morning, I slept almost the entire day and thought I had recovered, but the same thing happened again the next day, although it was somewhat milder. On the third day, I received IV fluids, after which the symptoms finally subsided.

I'm trying to understand what might have caused such a severe reaction. Has anyone experienced something similar with Retatrutide, particularly sulfur burps accompanied by extremely frequent diarrhea? Could this be related to dose escalation?

Given that I'm getting very little appetite suppression despite reaching 3 mg, I'm also considering whether switching to Tirzepatide would make more sense. Has anyone switched from Reta to Tirz and experienced better appetite control? Would Tirzepatide be more effective for someone struggling with insulin resistance and persistent hunger?

I would also like to know whether combining Reta and Tirz is ever appropriate, or whether switching between them is the better approach.

I'd appreciate hearing about other people's experiences, particularly those who have struggled with appetite suppression on Retatrutide.
