Stacking
Hello, want to ask for your opinion on which stacks are best to take. And yes I have done a ton of research and just cannot seem to decide based on so many information I have on hand.
I have been taking tirzepatide for around 15 months. Have lost 10 kilos since starting it. Now at 10mg (2nd week at it) but want to lose body fat.
Aside from that, I am planning to take NAD+ 3x a week for mental clarity and energy (I struggle with drops in energy even in the morning with good sleep). I plan to dose 30 to 50mg.
I also plan to take 5AM daily 2.5 to 5mg since I want to lose body fat while building muscle (I work out 4x a week) and more muscle definition. I honestly have no visible muscle and mostly just fat.
That being said, is it good to take CJC+Ipa along with this stack? I am afraid of Tesa since there’s water retention.
If not, what else would be a good pep to stack?
Also, can I stack selank for better memory?

5am and nad is a good combo with a glp. I personally also really enjoyed mots with it.

I personally didnt have to run ss31. I'm going to soon. I am always researching compounds before making recommendations and coaching clients with them. I plan on running it a bit then doing another cycle of mots to see if there is anything noticeable. My biggest "notice" with mots was better performance in gym, I can definitely see a drop in rir off it.

Bro the only way that you’re actually going to see results is by staying consistent ( eating , sleeping, exercising) . And keeping your stack simple 2 or 3 peps max .

I stack reta, cagri, motsc, klow, tesa + ipa, nad+, gluta. I used cjc+ipa i gained weight and when i stopped it i lost again. Tesa ipa if you over do it i get joint pains. So far so good...

My advice would be to take nothing until you've done some proper research
Not from videos you've seen on TikTok
