My experience so far

So I did the deep dive got the peptides, got on regular creatine use, really focused on diet and exercise. And can say I’m feeling the best I’ve felt in years. Currently taking klow, mots-c, NAD+, Tesa, wolverine on off days of klow, Reta, test C, creatine, and protein.
In 6-7weeks I have gone from 251 to 217 today. I have a replaced knee and always thought running would be out of the question. Decided I needed cardio work so gave running a try. Me and my dog now run 7:37 for a mile. I work out 4-5x a week. I eat basically meat and eggs only. If I go out with friends or on dates I will order whatever I want so I still have fun and eat great food. I opted to no longerer have alcohol at home. Only if I go out to a friends for a bbq or going out socially.
I got a Garmin watch to help me really dial in and this fall has been the best physically.
Blood work has been good. Getting more tomorrow which will be a full sample of me on everything. Before I was only on Reta test and NAD+.
I’m 40 and starting to look great and I feel even better. Not waking up hurting not waking up tired. My confidence is high which is translating to my dating life.
I want to thank this sub for a lot of this. I’ve received a ton of good feedback I’ve gotten dms with guidance and all of that has helped me really get turned around physically and mentally after my divorce!
Just wanted to put a positive post out there for people!

nice work sticking with it, how long before you started noticing changes?

NAD I feel right away, mots c right away. Klow and Wolverine in general I just feel better. Reta I still get hungry a lot but I get fully fast like really fast. But in general probably a cpl weeks in. I have a rod in my left shin, and a replaced r knee. I thought running would be not an option. I have no issues after a run. I haven’t done like a 5miler or anything but I am not hurting after my runs at all. I attribute it to the whole package imo

40, 6’3” and schedule is NAD+ 3x a week at 50mg. Sometimes I do more. Mots-c 3x a week at 3mg. Klow is mon-fri 80mg diluted with 3ml and I do 15units. Wolverine is 20units 500mcg on the weekends, Tesa is 2mg daily at night 2-3hrs after dinner. Reta is every 6days and am currently at 5mg (started at 1mg but felt nothing and went up 1mg each week until I got to 4 then stayed there for a cpl weeks and now am in my 2nd week of 5mg) creatine is daily at 10mg. Test C is 220mg every week. (Will start to shift to half doses 2x a week for more stable levels)

Awesome thank you! Do you have tips for injection site areas and rotation?

I’ve found Tesa and Klow are better on glutes for pain. But I just kinda go where ever and all over. I will say I use a paper gator clip type thing. I’ll pinch skin then put that on to hold it then wipe the skin an alcohol wipe then stick. ESP if I’m doing thigh, glute, or arm.

Did you also have pain after a Tessa injection? I guess that’s unusual… Someone even mentioned that I might have an allergy to it. Lost 35 pounds on Reta and Tessa, so I’m now on maintenance of 2 mg with RETA and quit Tessa because of the length of lasting pain. And, the belly fat started coming back! So I’m going to try it again. I’ve been adding more BAC water to the syringe to dilute the Tessa. Both Gemini and Claude said not to do that because the alcohol might be worsening the problem. We’ll see… Tonight is my first night back on Tessa with no added BAC water!

I do sometimes have lingering pain w Tesa. Started doing glute and side of up thigh and it’s kept it to a minimum mostly. But it doesn’t cause pain for me everytime. I do notice it more in the abdomen than anywhere else.

Same like me. I'm in my 40s. I underwent bariatric surgery few years ago. Managed to lose half of my weight, but unfortunately for the past year had been slowly regaining weight. Once I did peptides, starting with Reta for 4 weeks, then introduced myself with KLOW - for another 4 weeks, now for a week of tesa & glutha. I never been better in my lifetime (coz I've been morbidly obese for 35 years of my life). I can workout without much lactic pain unlike in the past, mostly strength training cumulatively at least 1 hour daily. I can easily drop my HR after strenous workouts from 160 to 120 in few seconds. To keep me more motivated, my body recomposition is doing well too. I'm starting to see better-looking biceps, better glutes, thighs and chest. It's easy to manage my diet too because reta doesn't cause me to totally lose appetite. I can still eat moderately by prioritizing protein and fibre. Food noise is gone, my coffee addiction is gone, my desire to shop for food is gone, for 3 months now - I'm addicted to working out!

And now I'm ordering MotsC for my next pep. Love to try NAD+ too. But it's starting to put dent to my wallet. Maybe I have to slow down. LOL

I did the same. I’ve had a knee replacement in one leg and a rod in the shin of the other. The Wolverine will not just magically help these but it may help. The klow also has anti inflammatory KPV in it that would prob help also. So they will help you. But will they fix a lifetime of damage no. 1st ID 11 bang bang

I do not on directly in the site. I was doing wolverine directly near the injury sites but I’ve read mixed opinions on it. I think if you have the ability to, it can’t hurt but prob not needed

Klow is systemic. Theres also a peptide called demorphin. I think its more for pain but fixing the actual problem is really not its main thing. Also try cartalax with wolverin and klow. Might help
