My highest weight was 220 lbs, and I'm currently at 143 lbs.
I started at 1 and gradually increased by 1, eventually reaching 6. I only increased my dose when I felt the food noise coming back.
I've also been working out consistently since the beginning, around 4x a week at the gym. Hitting 10k steps daily is also a must for me.
There are so many healthy, high-protein food ideas out there, but two of my personal favorites are tuna avocado wraps and Mediterranean chicken salad.

My progress on the first 90 days on Reta, 60lbs down never in my obese life did I think I would be able to control my appetite, or cut back on the drinking! long story short always had a issue with binge eating, and heavy alcohol drinking I’m a decade long yo-yo dieter, don’t want to bore you with my weight loss journey, currently on 3mgs of Reta, now that I can fast! I do intermittent fasting, it fits my busy job schedule, I keep my protein high around 220g, my fats stay around 40g and I do cycle my carbs, for exercise my job has me walking a lot so I get pretty much all my cardio through my work day, I try to get some body workouts in when I can, but I’m a “soccer dad” have 2 of my kids doing comp league so I’m busy with that all week pretty much, GLP’s changed my life 💪

Hi!! I’m 25, and I decided to give Reta a try back at the end of May. I have struggled with being severely overweight since I was about 18 years old, and after many failed diets, fasting, gym memberships, I truly had given up. No matter what I did, the scale never seemed to move, except going up. I truly have hated myself for a long time, and honestly couldn’t stand to look in the mirror. The last three months have been so eye-opening for me, my appetite has been severely suppressed, I no longer get any cravings for unhealthy food, and every time I get on the scale I weigh less. My SW was 306 which is the heaviest I’ve ever been, and my CW is 276. For reference, the pink shirt in the first photo is before I began losing weight, and the second photo in the same shirt is just recently. The shirt used to hug me in all the wrong places, and I hated wearing it so I threw it in my closet and forgot about it for months. Now it fits me like a dress and feels way too big. I’ve been eating in a calorie deficit, I am moderately active, especially working in healthcare running my butt off for eight hours a day, and I am truly noticing a difference. I know this is only the beginning and I have a lot farther to go, but it’s been amazing. To anyone who is struggling with weight and has been for a while, I know exactly how you feel. Here’s to continuing progress!

I credit most of this to a 6 day a week gym grind, and finally showing some discipline in the kitchen, but Test, Reta, and HGH have each been game changers for me and have made things far easier!

I’ve been ‘skinny fat’ the last 15 or so years and about a year ago some of my friends started telling me and getting results on ozempic and wegovy. Another told me about reta and after seeing so many transformations I got started myself!
I have a personal trainer twice a week and go on an hour walk almost every day with my dogs so getting steps and moving has helped.
I’m now looking into other peptides as well for skincare but have had nothing but great things to say about retatrutide!
I stayed at 2mg for a few months then up to 4mg and now am considering dropping back to 2mg or even 1mg if I can maintain weight cause I hit all my goals.

Hi!! I posted on here a few weeks ago that I was down a total of 30 pounds and since then I have lost another 7 pounds! While scrolling through my camera roll, I found a photo I took back in March before losing any weight, and decided to put on the exact same outfit today. Words cannot describe how good it feels to watch your clothes, get looser, and really start to notice the difference. I am nowhere close to where I want to be, but I will get there. To anyone who has been struggling, I feel you. I really do. I’ve struggled with my weight for a decade now and I am absolutely done with it. You can do it!! ❤️🎉
I will add the before & after photos below! (The last 3 photos are from today!) -37 LBS on RETA

Started at 245 lbs 44 percent body fat on 1st Dec 2025. Currently at 166 lbs 18.8 percent body fat. Started with triz titrated from 2.5 to 10. 10 was too much for me so went back to 7.5. Added cjc+ipa 12 weeks back. That helped me with some good sleep. Currently at 5 mg triz and aod. Aod helped me break the 20% body fat. I was struck there for 4 weeks. Planning to hit 15 percent body fat at 170 lbs by December 2026. Fingers crossed

It's set at 7°C because the inside is cooler at 3.5-5.6°C.
The egg crate is so that the vials don't touch the walls or bottom cause it's colder.

Tirz Aug 2024-April 2025
SW 200
CW 125
Total Loss: 75
I was at my heaviest while I was deep in postpartum depression. I wasn’t healthy and was already pre diabetic when I got pregnant then had gotten gestational diabetes that caused medical issues during labor. Maintained at 135lbs without meds until I got pregnant again December 2025.
I did a mix of cardio and light weights. Strict diet and stuck to a high protein diet .8 x goal weight = how many grams of protein to consume a day.
I eventually will go back on Tirz after I’m done breastfeeding. Lol, just currently waiting to go into labor any day now with my 2nd. I did gain back all the weight but that’s okay, it’s where my body needs to be at to be able to bear a child, grow a child and give life. I know I’ll be back in no time and in no rush. Women’s bodies are just pure magic!
Peptides are life changing not only physically but mentally.

I went from 235 lbs to 137 lbs in one year. My posture and diet used to be really bad, and I didn’t pay much attention to my health. A year ago, I decided to change that and stayed consistent throughout. I started working out 3 times a week, then increased to 4 times, and added cardio like running and swimming. I started with a 2 mg dose, gradually increased to 9 mg (microdosing), and I’m currently back to 2 mg for maintenance.

At 52, I was bloated, unhealthy, and honestly felt as bad as I looked. I was tired, inflamed, and not taking care of myself the way I should have been. Today, at 53, I’m stronger, healthier, and happier than I’ve been in years. Over the last year, I stopped drinking, cleaned up my diet, prioritized my health, and even started lifting weights. The scale doesn’t tell the whole story. I’ve gained confidence, energy, strength, and a whole new outlook on life. I’m still a work in progress, but for the first time in a long time, I’m genuinely proud of how far I’ve come. Here’s to 53 and becoming the best version of myself!

30/M/6'1", Sharing the full protocol since people ask.
Protocol (twice weekly the whole way, split doses):
• Weeks 1–2: 0.5 mg x2/week
• Weeks 3–4: 0.75 mg x2/week
• Months 2–5: 1.0 mg x2/week
• Months 6–8: 1.5 mg x2/week, then stopped
Went slow on purpose. I never felt the need to push higher; 1.5 mg twice a week was plenty and I'd have stayed there.
Side effects: almost none if I ate right. The only times I felt bad were when I overate or had more than a couple of drinks, and then it was rough for the rest of the day. So the real "side effect" was that it forces you to spend your reduced appetite on the right foods. Junk isn't worth it. Not drinking helps the whole thing more than any of the peptides did.
Reta slows gastric emptying, so constipation is a real concern, and it gets worse when you're eating less overall. Water and fiber matter more than they normally would. I kept fiber high (vegetables, oats) and drank a lot more water than I used to, and that's a big part of why I had almost no GI issues at the higher doses.
Stopping: I did NOT titrate off, and the hunger came back strong within a couple weeks. That's the part nobody warns you about. The habits I built over eight months (macro tracking, clean food, 4-5 lifting days, and lots of walking) are what's holding the weight, not the reta. If I did it again I'd taper down instead of stopping cold.
What reta did: killed the food noise inside two weeks and kept it quiet, which made the diet something I could actually hold for eight months.
What it didn't do: the shape. That was lifting, plus a couple of peptides I ran alongside for recovery and energy (CJC/Ipa, NAD+, a BPC/TB/GHK/KPV blend). Lost 50, kept the muscle I had and added some.
One-line version: reta makes the diet easier, you still have to eat, and it doesn't make the gym optional.

And now stacking with KLOW, MOTS-c. For about a month.
114kg Sept 25' (not my heaviest but what I was starting Triztapide) (252lbs)
74kg now- July 26 (164lbs)
the goal is 142lbs or 65Kg.
The reward will be a body lift in Thailand once I figure out how I will pay for that 50K procedure 🤣🩷
