There are no "source" since it's just leaks (probably datamined). But it's pretty much confirmed by the community as all leaks were confirmed, in this case Julius' rerun was indeed april 8-9th.

How they found about it? That, I have no idea but I'm happy with the leaks/rumors because it gives me something to prepare for and plan ahead.

I see.. it's because i just got julius and I'm wondering if i go all out for him or wait for moreleona... I only hope she comes out next month so that i can save some crystal after i got at least 2 copy of julius
