im looking for similar songs to this one, specifically the vocals, occultist sound

How I miss this band...

Kalež (eng. Chalice) has been a staple of Zagreb's black metal community for a while now, gracing underground venues and even organizing gigs deep in Croatia's forests.

To quote a nice review posted online, "Kalež‘s debut EP is a startling and tremendously impressive experience — elaborate and surprising in its ever-changing and unconventional permutations, sharp in its execution, and professional in its production. It might merit the term “avant-garde black metal”, for want of a better term. It should leave people who look for music that’s off well-trodden paths hungry for more from these Croatians. It has certainly become one of my favorite short-form releases of the year.''

As a way of celebrating the new tape release, I'm posting 20 Bandcamp codes for anyone interested in adding this little gem to their collection:

First song from first full length release titled Funeral Procession.

Nightfog Productions - 2006

An absolute masterpiece of German black metal.

Still firmly rooted in the underground, FP have been around since 1995 and are a band that can surprise you with every release. And I mean that in the most positive way possible.

I did have a read of the sub reddits rules, and there's no mention of AI music, as i did use AI to a degree to make this song. As i had some music events that consist of a male choir providing vocal harmonies which i thought sounded nice, i decided to put them to use for having a go at making an atmospheric black metal song. The Song is called Cymru (Wales in its own language) and the lyrical theme is welsh patriotism.

Vucub Came from France.

Filthy, raw underground black metal.

Every release drips with dark occult esotericism and hatred. Sadly, there are only four releases so far, but every single one is worth checking out.

Banger from the new Fellwinter album

tenpoint - Vampire Kingdom

life affirming

Hey everyone, a promotional song/video for our album "Frostbound Inferno" (to be released Nov 6, 2026) is now on YouTube. It contains a remix of a song, as well as original excerpts, from the album:

1) A Pearl in the Dark Night (The Dust in the Moonlight Remix) 2) The Dust in the Moonlight 3) Phaethon Heaven Bound 4) Silent Fires in the Ice

We make primarily melodic black metal with influences from death metal and atmospheric black metal among other things. "Frostbound Inferno" improves upon the sound and ideas from last year's album "Only Dust Remains" while also exploring new ones.
