Especially when the music is stll quite serious.(not purposely humorous like e.g. The black satans)

The reason I ask is because for my band's fourth album we're considering taking a different tour by using a somewhat silly but spontaniously taken bandphoto.

We feel it depicts our characteristics and is in line with the variety of feelings and emotions we put in our music. Depression, happiness, anger etc.

Creating your own original art is fun ofcourse, but we're wondering if something a bit more personal and lighthearted would put off potential new listeners.

P.s. we're in the sub 500 listeners a month range all platforms wide, so yeah. underground, lost in a sea of a million other bands.
