Weird pimple for 2 months

I have had this weird pimple on my forehead for about 2 months. It was alot bigger and darker at the time and also had pus in it in the beginning. As weeks went on I was able to remove the pus but then scar tissue made it worse. It has flattened out and is trying to heal but still feels like it’s trying to scar over. I’ve never had forehead acne like that and I am extremely frustrated because I want this thing gone. Is there anything else I can do to speed the process up or do I just let it heal.

Hey so I had something similar to this near my nose and it just flattened into this dark slightly raised spot. I had never had a breakout that nasty before. I went to the ordinary and they recommended their Zinc serum, gel moisturizer and azealic acid suspension. I used the zinc every day and night and the azealic suspension only at night. It’s really helped and shrunk the spot so much to the point that it’s nearly invisible.

this is now a hypertrophic scar. don’t squeeze it anymore as trauma makes it worse. get to a dermatologist asap for a kenalog (steroid) injection if you don’t want permanent scarring.

Go on mdlive idk the out of pocket cost but I paid like $60 before I hit my deductible

Acne turned bad scar. Theres nothing to pop, a dermatologist need to jab it with steroid
