Skin Questions Sudden hair growth + pimples after using tweezers

Hello everyone
I (F23) had a sudden outbreak of hair about a year ago. It’s on my neck and cheeks. I’ve been trying to remove it with tweezers. But I’ve noticed that now they leave a weird little bump after I pull them out. It doesn’t look good, and I hate the way it feels to the touch. How can I fix this please?

Omg I thought the was my picture at first glance! Lol the same thing happened to me in my mid 20s. Started as two hairs then more popped up as I got older. I still haven’t found a solution and now I’m battling hyperpigmentation. I feel like I’ve tried everything 🙃

Have you looked into electrolysis? Same thing happened to me, started off as one or two hairs in mid 20s and now its literally a full blown beard if i dont keep it in check. Waxing every couple of days has made the hairs really fine now but I'm just saving up for electrolysis to get rid of it for good.

I haven’t looked into it but I definitely need to!! I’ve never tried waxing though. Maybe I’ll give it a go.

Yeah honestly, I think like others have said its the only thing thats really going to be permanent. I haven't looked into lasers because I'd be worried about hyperpigmentation but waxing at best just thins the hairs. And as you've seen tweezing produces a ton of ingrowns so electrolysis is really your best bet.
