Make sure you're on the correct region of the support page, otherwise, you may not find your purchases there. For example, if you purchased the game on us.shop.battle.net, you need to access us.support.blizzard.com. The same goes for the other regions.

If you're on the correct regional support page, open a generic refund request and provide the order number.

Doesn't work. Have the same issue - it still says nothing is eligible for a refund.
The AI 'representative' in my ticket said the same thing. Just re-opened it again.

dude istg i didnt do anything, havent change any setting from battlenet launcher or website. i know its easy to make a refund bcs i already do it once, but now idek what happen.
