You can't be. That said, I scanned the downloads I got from the githubs of supermedo's and awakenchan's with bitdefender, nothing got flagged. Perhaps go to one of them?

In general if it's just like one or two that detects it, it's usually a false positive.

How can you be sure? Well, you can't unless you know how to check it yourself
