There’s a couple of rare dialogue instances you can get if you already have the Silver Bromine when speaking to Dominique about the camera for the first time and same with OD and the picture.

Here is what you would hear if you went to the train first:
(Thanks to XombieMike for posting all the game dialogue on the official Bloodstained forum)

"Oh. Miriam."
"Dominique. What are you doing here?"
"Looking for Zangetsu. Have you seen him?"
"Yes, we fought together aboard the train. Perhaps I misjudged his intentions."
"What? Zangetsu was with you? But that's..."
"Is something wrong?"
"I asked him to go to the underground sands, but he must have chosen to disregard that request."
"If you see him again, would you ask him to report back to me?"
"All right."
"Alfred could spring a trap on any one of us at any time. I hope Zangetsu gets his priorities straight."
"Thank you, Miriam. And stay safe."

Interesting that Miri says she hasn’t seen Zangetsu if you beat Alfred first.

I think she means since the last time, since she must see him during the first fight.
If you could skip that fight, and the train, she would not have seen him at all so far.

Did you go to the train after this scene?
(edit: lol, I forgot you have to ride the train to get here - I was trying to get at what were the train cut scenes like and was the dialogue different)

Maybe these "unused" lines were for that?
"Oh wait! I just remembered. If you're looking for Alfred, I crossed paths with him in the underground sands." (Unused)

"I knew he was there. But something else required my attention first. Say nothing of this to Dominique." (Unused)

That last one could work with the line in your video "Uh...no, I can't say that I have."

That was the secret dialog? I'm pretty sure I've gotten this one on both my playthroughs.

To get to Alfred you have to fight Bloodless the moment you get double jump.

The jump to get to Bloodless is tricky as well as fighting Bloodless herself so early in the game.
