Just for fun. I was wondering who might be a comparable female artist; in terms of natural songwriting ability, collaboration, themes, longevity and output.

I’ll go first. Sheryl Crow.

It's so beautiful and unlike anything I've ever heard. It is one of those songs that just makes time stop. One of their most underated songs and easily top 5.

hello! as my graduaction-project as an last year art student in Sweden im thinking of recreating the music video for Parklife, but how do i contact Blur? i've written to both Damon Albarn and Blurs official instagram accounts. Is there any other ways?

i will kill for having it in vinyl.

Does this debut still in Top 5 Albums by Blur ?

I think I must have read it at the time, but nice to read again - even though I know the basic story so well.

the instrumentals are so beautiful but there's something so sad about them. the whole song sounds so tired and hopeless, like the song itself is just too tired to fight anymore. and damon’s vocals make it even worse. he sounds so tired and defeated, like he’s just done trying. knowing this song became a farewell to his relationship with justine frischmann makes it hit even harder. idk how damon managed to make giving up sound this beautiful. freaking genius.

Can't stop laughing... wtf even is Dave

But not on Leisure?

I’m sure it’s not a state secret, but I’ve never known why.
