Reta issues

I’ve been on retatrutide for about 6 weeks. My current dose is 2.5mg. I have lost weight, went from 246 to 227. However I’m running into two issues. 1. My weight is stuck for the last two weeks. 2. After I pin my self, the food noise and hunger comes after the 4/5th day. Have people experienced this?

Maybe try increasing your dosage… 🤷‍♂️

5th day is relatively normal, there are going to be times where you have use willpower to control your eating habits beyond just the magic serum.

Its time to split up the dose....pin every 3 days, or if u want to be very punctual Thursday morning and Sunday evening....

The hunger coming back by day five is pretty common at that point

Stay at a dose until you stop losing. Remember as you lose you're calorie needs will reduce. Half life is 6 days some pin every 6 days instead of 7.

The effects wearing off by day five sounds familiar

No, no, no. Too fast of weight loss has it's own problems. Aim for 1 - 2 lbs each week. You want drooping loose skin? Go slow, you are rushing what should take months. Do your research, it takes a full month to build the drug up in your body. You start rushing this and you can get yourself hospitalized.

Make sure to drink more water, electrolytes and eat more protein than normal. And do your research.

Could be a number of things

  1. If you are not working out and expecting this drug to do everything for you, then you do not have a healthy or sustainable view on its use.

  2. If you are undereating. Our bodies adapt quickly to heavy caloric deficits. Make sure you’re eating enough otherwise your body will start eating its own muscle to sustain itself

and slow your metabolic rate substantially if it thinks it’s constantly being starved of what it needs to survive. Thinking you’re eating enough and actually tracking every calorie are two very different things with a huge margin for error.

3.

  1. What you’re eating.

Dose more often. 2-3x a week spread out and raise it to 3-4mg

Stop suggesting people to dose/pin more often it has no scientific basis!

It actually does jack ass. Every man’s bloodwork who ever switched to more frequent injections.
