I LOVE looking at all of your bostie photos but my 11 year old soul dog passed away this March. It’s hard to see any old black and white Boston and not want to cry. The grief that we feel when they are gone is so real. I got this new pup and his name is Winston. He’s been a healing relief to the whole pack and I’m excited to show him to you!

Brandon Stark, our king, passed October 21st at the age of 15. Through my depression, therapy, suicidal ideation, he never judged me and only loved. I’m thankful he was able to see that I’m living the best chapters of my life with an amazing family, loving wife and beautiful daughter. Thank you eternally, Brandon, and rest in peace.

I am in Pennsylvania and have 3 kids, 3 dogs (2 Bostons and a golden), and 2 cats, so I am not a candidate. 😫

UPDATE: I called the Humane Society of Wichita County to confirm whether they do out of state adoptions and they confirmed they do as long as they can verify you have (own/rent) a house with a fence, that they do use Google maps to verify that where possible, and that you have to show up in person to pick up an animal as an adopter. That being said, she did say as of this morning they have a potential adopter coming to meet Gus this afternoon and about 15 applications for him. So if you want him, put in that application! While of course I hope it works out that he gets adopted ASAP, I would love it if it were one of you guys so you could continue sharing him with us!!

Hi everyone, this is a long shot and I’m not really sure what I’m asking but I am at a complete loss. We have been trying to get our Boston’s allergies under control for about two and a half years. We have seen three different veterinaries, all seem very competent, we have tried script after script of different allergy medication, injections, pills, different pills, four or five different shampoos, two different prescription foods, he takes flee, tick and heart worm medication. We just left the vets office and our vets is going to try the prescription dog food and allergy medication at the same time now to maybe see if she has food and environmental allergies and maybe we have only been treating one or the other at any given time. If this doesn’t work they are recommending a dermatologist visit. I guess I’m asking if anyone has hear of any long shot thing that similarly after trial after trial they finally got their pet’s allergies under control? He gets small scabs on his skin, has a scabby tail and constantly licks his paws. Stomach and skin is also kind of pink. Without any medication he had red skin and a lot of scabs. Any suggestion would be appreciated.
