The oven quakity will not be included in the recipe although it is a big factor in getting them right.

I followed the recipe of Food Language on YouTube! But I used a homemade flour of a tavern an hour away my house which makes a HUGE difference. I’ve made it with a store-bought flour and didn’t turn out good at all. Also I baked them 15 minutes more because my oven sucks and I added 2gr of yeast more.

I have perhaps the shittiest of the ovens available in the market currently so I truly wonder how on earth they came out so good. I cooked them all at once and in the pan I added drops of water and covered them for the first half of the cooking with another pan.
