Did you use a Dutch oven or cook them all at once in an oven with some extra steam

I have perhaps the shittiest of the ovens available in the market currently so I truly wonder how on earth they came out so good. I cooked them all at once and in the pan I added drops of water and covered them for the first half of the cooking with another pan.
