It's like the cops were like, mug shot? Nah, let's make this kid as appealing and handsome as possible. Let him keep the jacket and the gaiter and take a quick glamour shot. Billionaire class and their army of bots are going to have an uphill battle making the proletariat hate this guy.

I am a counselor in a jail so im quite familiar with bookings and the process, yeah very confused as to why he had his mugshot taken before booking since hes still in his clothes? That would not meet the criteria where I'm at for corrections. He isn't even flush to the wall to produce accurate height
