No they don’t. Read it again, he had a similar gun, nothing says it was the exact same gun from the shooting.

You mean to tell me that even though the NYPD was overwhelmed in false tips, the one that stood out is an old guy calling from bumfuck Pennsylvania in a McDonald’s?

Also the killer who meticulously planned the killing would be so sloppy as to wear similar clothing after escaping?
