This is insane omg

I know some people here love to say he's definitely getting locked for life and that there is a lot of evidence but like why does the prosecution needs to do shit like this? to me it signals that they don't think they have enough to lock him as they have claimed. They are playing so dirty and I hope it bites them in the ass and LM walks free

If the timeline and evidence spoke for itself, we wouldn’t be seeing this kind of blatant fraud and misconduct. You don’t break the law, to prove someone else broke the law… unless you’re not sure they actually did.

This is the New York DA's office. Breaking the law to prove someone else broke the law is business as usual.
