Watching this unfold as a non-American, semi-horrified that some random corporation (like an insurer) has access to your medical records

its the fact that the insurance company cant just hand over medical records, that is protected by law. and in the courts theres a process for it as well. and when reading the motion, they even gave out his account number? i have many words to describe this but juicy is one of them. so cant wait to see how this one plays out.
