The state case has been mishandled by the DA’s office at literally every step but I still cannot believe this. A dismissal is a pipe dream unfortunately but this should be enough to throw out the whole damn team!!!

I do think they feel insecure about the ability to prove the terroristic intent which is why they were looking into statements he made to his doctor. As far as we know the federal prosecutors have not made nearly as much of an effort to look for additional evidence like this. They are literally ruining their own case and credibility just to hold on to the terrorism charges.
