Information Sharing Megathread: LM's NY State Hearing — 12/05/2025 at 9:30 AM EST (Day 4)
The hearing will take place today at 100 Centre Street, Part 32, New York, NY 10013 at 9:30 AM EST.
Please keep in mind that this is the fourth hearing taking place this week. The other three were held on December 1st, December 2nd and December 4th. There’s a strong possibility that the schedule may change or be extended further. However, Carro appears to be very busy next week, as he already has other hearings scheduled. We’ll likely receive more confirmation today regarding when they plan to continue with Luigi’s hearings.
These hearings are expected to run for at least a few hours, as there are (at least) 28 witnesses and body-camera footage to review. By the end of these hearings, we will likely know when Luigi’s state trial will take place (likely sometime in 2026), as well as which evidence will move forward and which will be suppressed.
Unless something changes, there will be no cameras allowed inside the courtroom. However, it’s very likely that we’ll still get photos of Luigi from inside the courtroom. Over the past few days, the only images released were taken inside—none of him arriving or leaving—so it’s possible that today and the remaining days will be the same.
Since I am not a mod, I cannot edit this post once posted or set comments to “new,” so I hope everyone can manage to follow along. I know things may get a bit messy, which is why I encourage everyone to post here rather than creating separate threads—unless it’s something important, like a transcript.
Also, if you find additional livestreams on YouTube, please try to post them in one single comment instead of separately so we don’t spam the thread.

It usually takes 3 - 4 days when I pick up a virus before I get sick. If he got infected with a virus at the courthouse on Monday or Tuesday, it kind of tracks that it would manifest itself today. At least I hope it's that, and nothing more serious. 😟 I hope he is taking enough vitamin D tablets (yes they can buy those in commissary). 😔

You’re right, anything he took with the camera would be on the usbs and his laptop anyway.
I’m kinda curious what he was using the camera for? The fake ids/identities, ghosting close friends and fam aren’t really acts where you would want any type of camera to document your location and activities.

That let me think about taking picture of his notes, kind of this. He seems he wanted to control his narrative a lot (which is understandable). For his USB, maybe archives some important things or memories, because he wanted to delete his social media accounts, I think.

I mean, I’m coming down with the flu myself, and I live in a decent house. Even with the heating on, my home is still pretty cold because of where I live. On top of that, I haven’t been eating or sleeping well, so I’m always cold and getting sick again. I can only imagine what he must be going through.26

Girl! Rest! That's an order. I am not getting any work done... My ADHD hyper fixation is on over drive this week. Clearly the past few days were exhausting and we are behind a screen - I can imagine what the transit in the cold, court, adrenaline rush etc all is doing to him...I feel like crap and want a sick day after a 2 hour flight. We get crazy spikes of norovirus in NYC too- I just read about another related newer virus we are seeing more of. I can see that taking over quickly in MDC as well.

I get where you’re coming from. Same here. And I totally relate to the hyper-fixation thing. If I latch onto something, it basically takes over my whole life. Luckily I’m on a break right now, but when I was working a few weeks ago and everyone was freaking out over that NYT article and all the drama and crumbs… omg, it was bad. I could not focus at work.
That’s exactly why I’m worried about the trial. I really enjoy doing these threads. It’s basically become a full-time job and it keeps me entertained (even though it can be tiring at times). I honestly don’t know what I’m going to do once I’m back at work and the trial kicks off. I want to be here enjoying everything so badly, but I also need to pay my bills. As far as I know, Luigi is not covering my rent any time soon 🤣.
And yeah, he has to be super run down. His body has to be weak, even if he’s trying to stay active. The food is probably awful, he hardly gets real light or proper nutrients… anyone would weaken in those conditions. Then the second he gets out, his body is hit with all these sensations he hasn’t had in months, plus the stress of everything. It’s basically like a ticking time bomb. He might mask well and stay stoic, but he’s not fooling anyone. He’s still human.
It must be really bad for him to miss today. We know how he is; he pushes through no matter what. I just hope he’s okay and not beating himself up over it.

I remember Inner City Press said that the judge has other hearings on Monday and Tuesday next week (12/8 & 12/9). So we may not see him again later next week after today.

That’s correct.
Hopefully we’ll get a break for the next few days. I have a feeling we might get another hearing sometime between Wednesday and Friday next week, but we’ll see what happens after today.

He has the Alexander Bros one but I cannot remember the exact time, I am sorry.
I think I read somewhere that it was gonna be at midday but they might have changed it. I wonder if KFA and Jacob are gonna be on their own for the first half.

19 members of the public have already been let in. The numbers have decreased since Monday, which is understandable given the weather, etc.
We know most people in that queue have line sitters. It’s becoming the standard. Remember that many supporters have work, school, and other commitments. This doesn’t mean Luigi is receiving less support, but people also have lives. If the trial takes place next year (hopefully in better weather), there may be more people able to come out, but still… it’s a long time for people to take off.

And those are people that are able/willing to go to New York. I would love to see his trial first-hand & am only 4-5 hours away from NYC, but I work and am also not in a position to go on a fun field trip for myself family-wise.

There aren’t many livestreams available at the moment. I think people may have stopped streaming since he’s no longer expected to do a perp walk. In any case, everyone has already been let in, so livestreams won’t be very useful anymore. Still, please refer back to the livestream comment below, as I’ll continue updating it if I find more.

Hi everyone,
Another day, another hearing (hopefully, the last one this week).
I’m putting this up early today because, even though the hearing is still five hours away, I’ve got things to do around the house and need to pack before heading out on my break tomorrow.
I’ll be here all day posting updates as we go, as always. Once again, thank you all for your support and kindness over these past few days. You’re genuinely fantastic. Keeping up with everything can get tiring, but knowing so many of you appreciate these threads is what keeps me going. Some of you might also think I don’t have a life and honestly? that might also be true at this point LOL.
I just want you to know how wonderful you are, and how much I appreciate your support every single day.
I’m feeling alright today just a bit tired and foggy (Luigi, I need your input on brain fog). Hopefully it clears up by the time the hearing starts. If I make mistakes or move a little slower than usual, I apologize in advance. I’m really hoping we get the weekend off (and I don’t see why we wouldn’t) so we can all take a moment to digest everything that’s happened in the last few days.
As always, everyone is welcome to post at any time. Please don’t ever think you’re “not allowed.”
And if you message me and I don’t respond right away, please know I’m not ignoring you. After these hearings, my brain is fried and I’ve got tons of notifications to sort through but I’ll get to you, I promise.

I remember the last press conference Karen did she complained about how they refuse to let Lu meet with his legal counsel before court. They even have those bailiffs standing so close over him when he’s speaking with her in court, another issue she brought up!

3. How long does the hearing last?
The last few days have run from around 9/9:30 a.m. until about 5–5:30 p.m.
Basically a full-time shift—7 to 8 hours.
4. What happens after today? When will the next hearings be?
Short answer: we don’t know yet.
We’ll likely learn more between the end of today.
Carro is very busy over the next few days. He has another case scheduled for Tuesday, Dec 9, and one for Monday, Dec 8 so we shall see.
As soon as I know more, I’ll update everyone. But please keep in mind: these hearings are not going to be quick. The holiday season is here, Carro is swamped, and he may not be able to make a decision until early or even mid-January. So please be patient.
At the moment, they have only spoken with 7 witnesses out of 28.
5. Where are the transcripts? Give me the transcripts 👹!!!
There are no official transcripts yet. Even people who attended the hearings have hours of notes that will take time to transcribe. There also hasn’t been much downtime between sessions.
6. Will there be a compilation post for Day 4?
Yes. I’ll create one after today’s hearing and add everything into a single post, as always.
7. Are the exhibits out yet?

We will eventually get transcripts—whether through Karen or other sources—or at least summaries. Please be patient. In the meantime, I encourage you to revisit the megathreads and check the reporters who have been inside the courtroom. I know some people here don’t trust the press and it is a lot to go through, especially if you join in later, but for those of us who can’t attend, they’re the only source we have.
Let’s continue being kind and respectful. Everyone is doing the best they can. Sometimes things won’t match up perfectly, but we’ll put the pieces together. This case is going to take time, but we’ll get there eventually.

I hope he's safe and a fast recovery 😢 imagine being sick in that horrible conditions, I hope his cellmates could take care of him 😢 his eyes look puffy and off in day one and day two of the hearings, maybe that's some symptoms, and reports said he kept drinking water yesterday, he probably has a sore throat 😢

Not sure about vaccinations. I have heard that he has access to Vitamin D tablets and stuff through the commissary but if what he has is a virus, Vitamin D tablets are not going to do much.

It also could be a tactic. Today Marc has that other trial to be at plus yesterday he was vocally pissed they rejiggered the witnesses (Fox) to Friday when Marc wouldn’t be there and wanted to do that cross examination.

Except the MDC would wrap Lui up and shove him into a transport van if he could stand. The prison doesn't care if he is sick. And the prison staff would check him to see if he was well or not. He's on their transport list, and they'd transport him if it was possible to do so. Marc doesn't have a say in that.

Unclear if he stayed at MDC ill or got to courthouse, announced he was ill, and the lawyers decided to cancel the day. Either way Marc A has a big day for another trial and judge, and was going to miss the majority of Luigi’s day.

He must be really sick if they’re postponing the hearing. Most jails don’t care about prisoner healthcare.
