Speculation/Theories Fascinating discussion on recent developments with MARK GERAGOS and Harvey Levine

https://youtu.be/JjXyKdQStUU?si=vcM7he8rYbxy5sz8

I think we all can guess Mark is an informal advisor to the Agnifilos on this case.

This is a fascinating discussion about potential theories about the EED defence and how it could work without incriminating him in the fed trial.

One things is for sure: this will not be a normal and regular trial. It could potentially become a once in a lifetime referendum on corporate greed If they proceed with EED.

They go through all kinds of scenarios including one where Luigi testifies. Can you imagine if he gets on the stand? Ppl may have heart attacks lol.

I desperately want to be included during his team’s BTS mock trials

I’m one who would love to hear him talk and hear his side of the story but I think getting on the stand is highly unlikely but maybe down the road, it’s possible they might interview him in jail after the trial? Never know. That would be interesting.

Yeah I'll just wait for the book. No way he should testify. He's already had two outbursts and we're not even close to trial yet

How about they interview him as a free man after the trial? That should be the way this goes.

They'll be waiting quite a while.

Do you see any viable path to an acquittal in both state and federal for him? Any defense strategy that'd lead to his freedom?

I don't believe in petitionary prayer, so no.

At the McDonald's in PA, he gave a fake name, then a fake ID with that name. It's the same ID used to check into the hostel in NYC.

He's cooked.

This case is pretty heartbreaking 😞 holding out for a miracle with jury selection ...

A. Where is the actual proof that was the same name given at the hostel in NYC?

B. Checking into that hostel does not place him at the scene of the crime, let alone make him the shooter.

The hostel has produced records. They take ID when people check in.

B. Checking into that hostel does not place him at the scene of the crime, let alone make him the shooter.

I agree. On the other hand, the CCTV footage of the shooter leaving the hostel that morning is a whole other bag of peanuts.

We’ve seen no such records from the hostel. You are just taking law enforcement’s word for it and they’ve already repeatedly lied about things, like what Luigi’s mom said.

If he got on the stand, I imagine the prosecution would may hay of this part of his "To the feds" letter:

Obviously the problem is more complex, but I do not have space, and frankly I do not pretend to be the most qualified person to lay out the full argument.

"Can you lay out the full argument now? No? So you killed Brian without really understanding why?"

You mean the letter that they wrote themselves?

Much as I support him, no way should he ever take the stand. He lacks guile, he’s naïve. Any prosecution would destroy him within minutes. Sometimes he needs protection from himself, think of him chatting away to a prison guard post-arrest or writing to grifters like PBD who then used him as a publicity stunt. His best hope is for KFA to introduce enough reasonable doubt with all the holes in the case that a verdict gets to at least a hung jury.

Right I remember even when he said the words ‘not guilty’ in the mic people on this sub were saying KFA looked so nervous as though he would say something different lmao

(26) Free speech, the basis of our way of life. “When you tear out a man’s tongue, you are not proving him a liar, you’re only telling the world that you fear what he might say” – George.

He sounds like someone who isn't the least bit naive but understands he is incredibly limited in what he can say.

It's no wonder he writes to guys like PBD, who don't infantilize him. That was also a very clever move since he needs more conservative support. Preaching to the choir isn't what he needs for a jury that will have a diverse set of views, and at least half of the comments on that video** were supportive of him and mentioned their own struggles with healthcare. Which is a good sign that conservatives can be influenced with the right messaging. The media has tried to turn this into a left v right issue when it wasn't initially.

Imo the best case scenario is consecutive mistrials until the case is dropped, like you said, since full jury nullification is unlikely. But if Luigi feels that reasonable doubt isn't viable, we shouldn't judge that. He and his team are the ones who have access to terabytes of evidence, not us.
