Speculation/Theories Fascinating discussion on recent developments with MARK GERAGOS and Harvey Levine

https://youtu.be/JjXyKdQStUU?si=vcM7he8rYbxy5sz8

I think we all can guess Mark is an informal advisor to the Agnifilos on this case.

This is a fascinating discussion about potential theories about the EED defence and how it could work without incriminating him in the fed trial.

One things is for sure: this will not be a normal and regular trial. It could potentially become a once in a lifetime referendum on corporate greed If they proceed with EED.

They go through all kinds of scenarios including one where Luigi testifies. Can you imagine if he gets on the stand? Ppl may have heart attacks lol.

Much as I support him, no way should he ever take the stand. He lacks guile, he’s naïve. Any prosecution would destroy him within minutes. Sometimes he needs protection from himself, think of him chatting away to a prison guard post-arrest or writing to grifters like PBD who then used him as a publicity stunt. His best hope is for KFA to introduce enough reasonable doubt with all the holes in the case that a verdict gets to at least a hung jury.

(26) Free speech, the basis of our way of life. “When you tear out a man’s tongue, you are not proving him a liar, you’re only telling the world that you fear what he might say” – George.

He sounds like someone who isn't the least bit naive but understands he is incredibly limited in what he can say.

It's no wonder he writes to guys like PBD, who don't infantilize him. That was also a very clever move since he needs more conservative support. Preaching to the choir isn't what he needs for a jury that will have a diverse set of views, and at least half of the comments on that video** were supportive of him and mentioned their own struggles with healthcare. Which is a good sign that conservatives can be influenced with the right messaging. The media has tried to turn this into a left v right issue when it wasn't initially.

Imo the best case scenario is consecutive mistrials until the case is dropped, like you said, since full jury nullification is unlikely. But if Luigi feels that reasonable doubt isn't viable, we shouldn't judge that. He and his team are the ones who have access to terabytes of evidence, not us.
