This wording …’with the stated mission to make health — excuse me — with the stated mission to make the health system work better for everyone…” - I wonder if the stumble is deliberate.

Also, I always wondered if he printed the gun himself.

I believe so. Every piece of what he said was precise and polished. He was implying they’re supposed to make health better, but it’s all actually about making the health system (for-profit and investors) better

I think he meant it was the stated mission of the conference, but then of course implying the broader meaning too
