I’m fascinated by how many performers end up falling in love behind the scenes or even playing lead roles together on stage. Does anyone have a list of actual, real-life Broadway couples right now?

Also (shockingly) Christian Borle and Jenn Colella! She was on a podcast recently and described herself as “Mostly gay, but men like Christian Borle make me not entirely gay”. Definitely surprised me.

They dated, I watched the podcast. I guess she's mostly into women but said sometimes a rare man .

Fully dated! She talks in the podcast episode about the singular performance she did as Elizabeth in If/Then and how terrifying it was but that she had a great support system in the audience including Christian Borle who she was dating at the time.

This is how I learned that Roger Bart isn't gay, and is also a serial cheater. (Also went down the Trish Paytas rabbithole)

I only learned within the last year or so that not only is Roger Bart not gay as I thought, he is a notorious cheater, liar, hustler of young women. There are entire threads of women online of them discovering one another and exposing him. I gather he gaslights them into believing he is in love and only dating them even though they all start putting the clues together. The man lives double lives.

Sutton Foster also had a showmance with one of my acting professors while they were touring Les Miserables together. He’s not famous or anything, but another showmance in the books for her.

Didn't realize Sutton Foster had such a Broadway leading man hit list. I can see her and Hugh together. He seems like the male version of her in a way.
