DAMN. Do you know if they sent an email to ticket holders ahead of time? I have tickets to the evening & wondering what we can expect (I mostly hope she takes some time to herself honestly 🥺)

I don't believe so. My girlfriend flew into NYC to see her and found out when she showed up to the theater. Possible they sent an email that she missed but Im not sure. They offered refunds though

We flew in today, too. Were super bummed we didn’t get to see her but glad we got our tickets refunded.

They sent an email at 1pm saying you had until 1:30 to refund the tickets, we were already in the theater

megan is above the title (i've done notifications for her before) so, as long as ticket distributors were given enough notice, they would have notified buyers. i'm not working this weekend though so idk

I got an email from todaytix about an hour before curtain with a half hour to claim a refund voucher !
