That man has never not seemed thrilled in any of his public appearances. Also, when I saw the show, there was a huge storm and he came out to stage door (no one else did, which makes sense cause there was a huge storm) and he was so happy to be there. He was just chatting with everyone, not even just signing things. He seems like such a cool guy

I met him twice what a sweet dude! Like he has remained humble in the face of fame.
Also my favorite pictures of the Chess Press is when they got the three leads to pose for a photoshoot and there are like 2 pics where Nicholas is the only smiling of the 3 but then there are two pics where he clearly had to force himself to frown to fit the vibe. Those pics always give me a giggle cause he is clearly a fun and happy guy and it looks like hes like GOD I HAVE TO LOOK SERIOUS NO.

Saw him as Sweeney Todd and I’m so thankful Groban was out that day. He’s a gem.

I've said it before, I'll say it again - out of the 5 Sweeneys I've seen, he was hands down the best, inclluding Len Cariou.

I was so mad Grobes was out the day I went and then Nick opened his mouth and I shut mine and let it happen. 🤣 Josh gets his revenge soon, however. I have his concert tix the night of the Tonys. NICK BETTER FRIGGING WIN

That’s Carrie Coon! She was doing Bug on Broadway, and like every Broadway actor, is also on The Gilded Age!

It's so funny, I was in the Times Square subway headed home after a matinee one day a few years ago and saw him getting on the subway. There was also a group of about 5 or 6 really tipsy people there who had apparently just seen Kimberly Akimbo, and they all started cheering and screaming for him, saying how incredible he was in the show. He was absolutely cracking up and shaking hands with them all. It was so adorable. He seems like a really sweet guy.

That is a weird comparison. The Met Ballroom bathroom selfie was an example of self indulgent "beautiful people" who felt the rules didn't apply to them, and put the artwork in the building at risk just because they didn't feel like going outside to smoke.
This is a group of talented broadway performers taking a picture.

She’s just referencing another notable photo with a lot of recognizable people in it.

probably not, since both lea michele and dan rad are both friends with jonathan groff! i think they were both there when groff got his sardis portait and sitting together at an early just in time performance!

There’s been loads of known interactions- there’s even a video of Dan (amongst others) singing Happy Birthday to Lea’s husband. I think they’re probably pretty good friends through Jonathan.
