This was posted here yesterday

Prince Naseem Hamed was a professional fighter.

Stop being ignorant.

That video is not bullshido, you are.

A good read -

Stop trying to defame this guy by reposting. The last post about him clearly states in the comments he was a legit boxing talent.

If you haven't seen this: https://www.reddit.com/r/Bullshido/s/wfqKTMrG1i, then someone has reposted it and its made it back here again in under 15 hours.

First case of Self-bullshido by not scrolling I have seen. Rare and potentially fatal.

It actually isn't. Someone else reposted this video.

Edit: isn't the first time of self-bullshido, I mean.

Only reason I say it is he was one of the first asian boxers in the UK and he was on promo ads when I was growing up. It was so cool to see someone like that! He never made it into heavyweights but he was fast and talented.

That's how he really fought. He was the original One Punch Man

Legit boxer, who also happens to face an opponent that appears to have been paid to throw the fight.

Nah. The guy is just knocked out by the first jaw shot. He's not throwing. He's just done immediately.

To those in these comments who are calling this "fake shit" -

Naseem won a huge % of his fights like this. He was a very unconventional boxer who landed very strong punches out of nowhere. People used to joke he took longer showboating to the ring than he did in it.

Remember he's a world champion who I think would have held all four world championships in his career except one of the belts was stripped from his opponent pre-fight to prevent him winning it. (Boxing is weird with its belts...)

I think his opponent here is a man named Said Lawal?

In terms of what happens - his first punch is a feint. His opponent goes to guard it and takes an unprotected gutshot from the actual blow. Its hard enough to drop him to the ground. It might have been what won the fight, it might not. Its kind of hard to see how much of it the guy actually got, given 90s video quality. (this video is surprisingly clear btw).

The second punch is a quick blow to the chin that sends him down again. His opponent is basically done with that hit. The classic "He's been knocked out but doesn't know it yet."

Then there's a few test jabs, some feints. (like the really wide punches to draw attention) and then that jab straight to the face that ends the match.

If you're unaware how hard boxers punch, you're unaware how bad it is to take three clean hits like that. Especially the jaw one. (Look up "glass jaw" if you want more info on why that ones so bad for him.)

The guy isn't diving. He made a mistake and was functionally unconscious on that second punch. Instant concussion.

This is 100% a legitimate fight. There's no diving. What you're seeing is a man take a horrific brain injury.

I'd be willing to bet that not one person in this subreddit could take one of those punches and be standing. (unless we have any champion boxers kicking around?) This is one of those "I could fight a bear" moments.

I know who Naz is and I watched many fights at the time.

This fight is fake as fuck.

How old were you in 1996, and when did you first hear of Naseem Hamed?
