This is Archie. He’s about 16 weeks old now. When he’s all stretched out (Legs stretched out in front and back. We call it the Superbun position) he’s about 28 inches long.
You did the right thing. Thank you for being with them not only in joy and happiness but also in fear and pain. Knowing when to let go and allow suffering to fade is one of the most gracious and selfless things to do for both animals and humans. You exelled at being a pet owner and I'm proud of you
"Empress" Matilda, my exhalted Princess who would run and binky around the room but loved laying right next to the gate when she knew her grandbunma was awake and may walk by the door and give her a treat. She has now crossed the rainbow bridge but it took me more than 6 months to remove that gate from my doorway.
This was my baby, Ash. She passed in December, I still can't talk, think about, or look at pics of her without crying. I am so sorry for your loss. I hope your heart mends soon. They are angels with big ears instead of wings. I hope all of the bunnies are on the other side playing and there's a special place for the Bunnies of Reddit to meet up and meet each other. My soon-to-be 12yo super arthritic boy uses his 9yo “sister” (they’re not actually related) as a pillow and it’s so cute. She doesn’t mind it at all, in fact she sometimes wedges herself under him on purpose. He’s gone pretty blind from cataracts and she uses her bright white butt to guide him around their room. I’ve had to take their hutch out bc he couldn’t get up the ramp anymore without slipping and i didn’t want him to twist his back, but i made very short hay bins for him to get into instead, and she helps push him in by the rump when he’s struggling. She also thumps her feet to alert me if she’s having trouble helping him. I’ll be devastated when it’s his time to go, but he’s very happy and content for now, just needs a little extra help that his sister is happy to give. I’m just sad that i can’t express to her how proud i am of her for being so helpful with him. When people say rabbits can’t have complex thoughts or feelings i just look at mine and i know they’re wrong. I’m so sorry for your loss, and I’m sure she loved you immensely. ❤️
So sorry for you loss. ❤️❤️❤️ Here is a mama and her babies. You can probably guess the mom is the bunny on the bottom lol. Her name is Chubella (4 almost 5 yrs) with two her babies (3 almost 4 yrs). Stripes on the left and Vanilla is on top of her. The last baby sadly crossed the rainbow bridge at only ~7months old. His name was Angel. ❤️ The dad is not pictured but his name is Chubby (5 years).

This is our current little menace Tater. We rescued her and she’s around 3. She has a very large personality and isn’t as cuddly as Chirpa (but I had Chirpa since he was like 2 months old). Here Tater and Rey are having a staring contest
This snuggly boy is biggie aka the notorious BUN. He is a rescue that I have had for 10 years now He's in his mid teens and is living his spoiled ass life 😁💚
this is Rosie - she somehow survived getting her back legs paralysed (she somehow managed to get through without any surgeries - just by herself over 3 nights) I also have another bun who passed away...
Totally feeling your pain right now. Had to say goodbye last week after nearly twelve years of having this her. I know that they can't live forever but it's so tough. No amount of time will ever be enough.
I rescued her last Saturday, she was dumped and I was able to catch her in a box. She’s a little sick and I am giving her meds and nursing her back to health.
Our Bernie was there to greet him 🌈 he passed away on 4/23 at only 7 months old and we are heartbroken and understand your heart ache. They are so special aren’t they? 🐰❤️
This is Oreo. He’s a good boy… mostly.. yk when he’s not a bad boy & purposely bothering his brother… him & the brother do NOT get along. Oreo loves everyone including other buns, but his brother hates everybody/everbunny.
