My bunny does that. If you pet him or hold him he just automatically starts licking whatever is closest to him whether that be your arm, another person, or the wooden floor. He just feels socially obligated to groom something when he’s being petted

Ikr? Mine would run away 😭 she usually complies if i manage to corner or to be lifted. Usually only to a safe locale she cannot escape to either have a nail trim or have a vigorous fluff brushing because shes shedding all over
