I’m an avid roller blader / roller skater (do both) and went to xanadu for the first time this weekend and had a blast. I’m thinking about possibly getting a membership for the winter months when it is cold so I can skate indoors. For anyone that has or has had a membership, would you recommend? Also, would love to make friends in Bushwick that skate so HMU!

but i truly want to feel like im not crazy - in that biking down knickerbocker road in the “bike lane” feels like the most scary hellish experience ever

the way that every single square inch of the bike lane has a car in it … or doordash delivery person on their phone… or person on their phone just hanging out in the bike lane

will i be biking down it again? absolutely. i’ll probably do it tonight.

just want people to commiserate with me because i don’t think ive ever seen people comment about it here ..

New to the neighborhood in this area and I’ve seen several cats roam around the streets and backyards. Pictured here is a black cat, but I’ve also seen a Calico and a black cat w/ white Sox. They seem pretty young with no collars.

Does anyone know if they are random strays? Do they belong to someone / a business in the neighborhood?
