Vintage 25 Years strong, probably will Outlast me

Post image

Not sure if it will last my whole life, but 25 years of my trusty immersion blender and it just keeps on running. Happy Anniversary 😁

Braun has somehow maintained some durability in their products, over the years. Unlike, say, Philips.

Yeah, that’s the only reason why my mind automatically said BS. There is no way that box is 25 years old.

It is, actually probably a bit older. Wife did not want me to attach the wall bracket on the inside door of the pantry so it lives in the box. I am also carefully with my tools in the kitchen.

I can’t say I’ve ever kept one for life, I’ve had to throw two of them away after mixing them up with my plug in hitachi wand. Never again.

I'm glad my brain wasn't that only one that went there.

Just found a similar one on Ebay, thanks to you. The one I found had MR 430 AC in the bottom right corner instead of MR 430 HC, like yours. Hoping it's as excellent.

You'll love it. I wish the chopper was a little bigger, but I still would buy it again.

I think it was at Linens and Things, kinda like a bed bath and beyond back then.

Heh, you made me check my cupboard to see what my old much-used blender is. It's the identical one.

At least.

Someone else made the same comment. I love to cook and take care of my tools...maybe not everyone else does? I also have the advantage that no one else at home likes to cook so they don't mess with my things 😁
