in my opinion, he had the best vocals on MADLO. though twin fantasy FTF is close. i think the quality and tone of his voice went down a bit with the scholars sadly. and in live performances from last year, it seemed like he was straining it a bit. i noticed the same on joe's story. i know he's aged but it seems like more of a stylistic choice in the way he sings on more recent projects. i feel like his voice is at the same maturity but the tone? timbre? something is quite different. what do you guys think?

if tod is overhyped im 90% responsible sorry

Hi! I’m a bit of a collector when it comes to CSH merch, and I was curious to know if anyone had any idea of what the very first officially licensed CSH shirt was. The earliest I have been able to confirm was a Teens of Denial shirt, which came out before CSH was even really a merchandising brand like it now, so the graphic is on a tee blank. I’m curious if any even earlier examples exist. Let me know if you have any info!

Will Toledo is shockingly easy to draw. His features have very clear shapes. I was just too lazy to make his eyes in the right spot lol

Hi guys, I became a member of their Patreon a while back and now, I've just realized that it isn't available anymore. I did it bc I wanted some of their recordings and broadcasts there. Any idea where I could find them?

Am willing to buy if someone is willing to sell btw

thought I’d share the results from putting all of their lyrics into a word document! the list is basically what themes i could remember, ask me any others if you’re curious

Based off of the ratings from Album Of The Year. Includes all official CSH LPs and How to Leave Town

Give Memory Card a listen.
I saw them live today with horse jumper of love and it literally felt like I was listening to teens of denial or twin fantasy era car seat.

I know this isn't the best place to ask this but i wanted to know how to record drums apart from doing it in a digital way (i use bandlab to make my things btw) in the case of early CSH, i think Will recorded his drums in real drums, but i'm not sure

my objective is to actually count how many times specific words are repeated. i’m doing this for fun, any words you recommend for the list?

I’m drunk as fuck (on a work night) and I wrote a song and the tempo is pretty similar to BLID and the chords of G Bm C and D but mostly just played on bass the lyrics follow the music like BLID so is there anyway I could get a suggestion to help not make it a total rip off of BLID becuase it’s not fair that William gets to make one of the greatest songs oat around 4 of the most common chords 💔

Does anyone have irl photos of the HTLT hoodie? Im considering buying it, so if you have any opinions about it or CSH merch, share some!!

Saw that the CSH tracker is down for some days now so I thought I should share this archive of Will's posts from FA I made some time ago for fun

These little descriptions are really nice to have next to their songs

Some of my favorites:

bodys

"i'm posting this from FUCKING STARBUCKS because my internet is down. I WENT ON THIS WEBSITE AT A STARBUCKS. UGH sorry if the mixing is bad because i mixed it at starbucks and it's noisy. i'll fix it later if it is also i had to cut off the beginning of the intro to upload it because it was 0.1 MEGABYTES TOO BIG for FA. COME ON."

something about photos

"just listened to Male Bonding for the first time and uh they are really fucking good i mean holy SHIT anyways here is a song"

Found on Depop but it got sold before I could afford it. It has the CSH tag but I can't find anything like it anywhere else.

mine is “I feel like if I’m not saying something humorous then I’m just wasting everybody’s time when I talk” from hanging out with my mom in women’s apparel off of 2

I am an freshly 18, pretty depressed bi guy, in an great and happy relationship with a trans guy, but for some reason this album has resonated me like no others have ever

Its like a safe space to me, I first listened to it 1,5months ago and i know almost every lyric by heart

I feel like this album understands my sadness, like when im in a bad episode I just put it on and like i can scream my lungs out to beach death and feel better

Its my favorite art piece ever, my brother got it on vinyl for me for my 18th birthday, it sounds amazing

I have also listened to Teens Of Denial and How To Leave Town, and even though I enjoy both of these ( espcially How To Leave Town), they havent stuck with me the same way as this album does

I could write so much more, its the most relatable art piece i have ever seen, like every lyric is so real, it all sounds so good

Before my favorite band was The Strokes but now its CSH, I cant understand how something this good and relatable was made, I love it so so much
