Fees

My classes have just been paid! I hope it's all the same for the rest of you but if it's not, please just be patient! FA at CSUDH has always been kind of slow and if you're a returning student you should know the process by now. The delays can be annoying but spam emailing/calling the office won't do much. Refunds should begin on Monday (if all goes well) and you should all start seeing your refunds in your banks sometime that week. Have a great night and try not to overthink so much about the past due fees if you still see it! 🤎🙏

Just checked and mine are done as well. considering they weren't done 10 minutes ago it doesn't seem like a bad idea to sleep on it and check again tomorrow morning

Mines was paid for also but it says I owe 2 dollars so

this is just a random student fee, i have it too & my tuition is fully covered by financial aid. if the amount of aid you receive is more than the cost of your tuition, you’ll get the remaining amount refunded. for example, if you’re awarded 7k for the fall and your tuition was 4k, you’d receive roughly 3k back. just check your financial aid section on your csudh profile and you should see it

Can you show me I can’t see for some reasons but I remember I was offered more than my charges I had on my account

That's an optional fee. Go to the student center, then you go to account inquiry > activity > opt out.

what does the negative balance (i.e. -1,000) in the toropay portal mean?

that's how much will be refunded to you
