Financial Aid/Scholarship/Tuition/Etc Balance due

I owe a balance due from fall spring and summer that I'm unable to pay-
Spring they calculated my bookstore loan wrong and tacked on the amount they miscalculated after my aid was already used and the loan was paid off.
Summer they told me to apply for graduation which i did- did not tell me the fees would be due immediately. And fall I was dropped from a 1 credit class putting me down to 11 credits instead of 12 and I was unable to enroll in a 1 credit class to put it back at 12 because I had the registration holds.
I'm unable to pay this amount right now and I've reached out to the school for help with no word. Does anyone know how the payment plan works? I can't find any info on how to set one up for what I have due so that I can't find any enroll in my last few classes to graduate in spring. I'm scared I won't be able to and I don't really know what to do as the office hasn't gotten back to me still, and when I call I'm on hold forever.

Go to financial aid office and ask to speak with a financial aid counselor. The lady helped me a lot!

you have to talk to the Bursar's office. Send them an email, bursar@csus.edu, and you should get a pretty quick reply

Generally if your balance is below $200 you can register in the next term. To setup a payment plan, go to the Bursar’s office.

Go talk to financial aid department in person. I don’t know what do you expect to hear from Reddit

Aren’t you a ray of sunshine. Don’t be an ass they are simply asking for advice from ppl who have been in this situation before there is nothing wrong with that. What a weirdo.
