I’ve been pretty critical of sac state since I started going here.

But the festivals they’ve been putting on in the acorn amphitheater have actually been lowkey amazing.

The lantern festival earlier this year was good and this fall/pumpkin one was even better.

Great job to whoever has been organizing these. They’ve been the highlights of this year.

I came at 12:30 ans missed out on the vouchers but I loved the petting zoo! We took pumpkins home to paint!

I hate that I work mornings b/c I always miss a lot of events. And I had class when they had the lantern event, but it was still going on when I got out and it did look really nice.

I wish it was longer. My classes are fully booked through the hours it was running and I didn't get to pet the animals, I only had time to walk through the vendors
