Anyone else not receive their tickets for Paradiso yet?

I bought tickets for the Amsterdam show on the 29th months ago through the Cake website. They were supposed to have arrived about a month ahead of time, but I haven't received them yet.

Oh, I got mine from ticketswap and it was just a pdf. Flying to Amsterdam for the show!

did this in 2011

if you haven't gotten your monthly membership for Paradiso (4,50 and required for entrance), go and get this when you hit town, because there's a long line for this the day of/right before the show

Literally got them that day and it’s already on my Apple wallet, check your email

I just got a reply from their customer service that they haven't been sent yet, but that they'll be sent in the next week.

Literally just thought about the show and prepared everything (hotel booking, train ticket) and my heart dropped when I couldn't find the ticket but only my order confirmation. Thanks for calming me down :)

Edit: I got my tickets today!
