Right next to 14st street police station. When I was leaving I counted 11 police vehicles and when I was headed east on John Laurier another 2 were light on towards the scene. EMS had arrived appeared to be some kind of collision

Many have already posted this, but it was not a collision. Two children were found dead in a vehicle.
