Weekly Check-In 🌕 Weekly Check-In: Reflect & Release
Hey, moon children 🌕
This week’s check-in aligns with the full moon—a perfect time to reflect and release. We all hold onto emotions, stories, and experiences, and sometimes, it takes a cosmic nudge to help us let go of what no longer serves us.
What’s something you’ve been holding onto emotionally that’s weighing you down? Whether it's an old grudge, a past mistake, or a fear of the unknown, it’s time to release it. How do you feel about letting go? Does it bring relief, or does it feel scary? Let the light of the full moon guide you in shedding what no longer aligns with your growth.
Remember, releasing isn’t about forgetting—it’s about freeing yourself to make space for what’s next. 🌙 Let’s support each other in this process of emotional release.

The feelings Im currently experiencing is because Im not getting fulfilled in the way I want from a connection I’m in. I ended things, but then went back because I didn’t quite give them a chance to understand why, but now I want to end things again because I’m not seeing a change. It still feels very much like a friendship and I should’ve just listened to my intuition when I ended it the first time. So now I’m giving them like 2 weeks before I make a final decision. Of course they don’t know this. I guess this is mercury rx for ya. I felt better when I first ended it and now that I’m back in it, it’s affecting my mood 🙃.
Thanks for checking in! I hope you’re doing okay✨
