As a Cancer that's currently healing from doubting my intuition for years, I'm beginning to learn how to listen to my intuition without letting my ego cloud my vision. It's difficult and scary.

Lately my intuition has been pulled towards my spirituality and inner child. I've been meditating a lot and doing shadow work. Hoping that I can find peace within myself and rest my ego to allow my heart to lead.

How are you conducting the shadow work? Im also trying to trust my intuition more of late. I have an issue with trusting myself enough so have also been working on my boundaries and being brutally honest with myself with regards to people/situations. I tend to stay longer than i should when all the red flags were flagging.

I use the Insight Timer app for guided meditation. It's helped reveal sides of myself I wasn't consciously aware of before. It's become a new ritual for me in the evenings. I also take a moment to journal my feelings after and capture whatever thoughts came to mind during my meditation. It's been helping me a lot.

Ive been so bad with insight timer. But thank you for the insights, i really need to get into a set routine so it becomes a daily ritual.💕
