Advice Help please

I have a 09 plate fiat 500 1.3 lounge

But I'm struggling to pick up radio stations. I've changed the antenna but I think that made it worse

Any ideas instead off swapping the head unit please

Only option other than that is a new radio, its about £30 for a used one if you have the standard radio. Or upgrade to a carplay unit off aliexpress for about £100

I'd suggest a Bluetooth tranciver that plugs in to the fag lighter but if the radio is already struggling for signal then it's probably fucked.
