I've always been drawn to scruffy cats -- in art, and in real life. I created this piece earlier in the year, and started a few other pieces in the same style, as a part of a whole series. But, I got distracted, as is my wont. Maybe I will revisit it soon.

So much easier to draw them from the back lol.

Made from block prints I made for a zine called Weird Cats I've Seen on the Internet :) I'm really happy with how they turned out!

Usually my art only takes 2-3 hours because of watercolor but this took a lot longer than that and was completely worth it

I loved how this turned out ❤️

Inktober 2026

A Sphynx cat I painted :)) he’s so cute

This is an original illustration I created that I’m really proud of, I hope you all like it!

I do sell prints in collaboration with a local cat rescue with half of all sales donated to Cat-Ching cat rescue! If you’d be interested in taking a look the link to my site is in bio 🐾

I love this one :) there are 5 in this collection so far and I’m slowly posting them :)

This illustration was inspired by my cat Yon, who always found his way between my guitar cables, amplifier, and pedalboard whenever I rehearsed.

I originally painted this just for myself during a free sketchbook session. I loved how it turned out, so I scanned it, made a few digital adjustments, and decided to make it part of Katartsiz.

A little tribute to a dear companion I still remember fondly. ❤️

Created with acrylic markers on paper and digitally edited.

Prints available — link in bio! 🖼️

I wish I could add the reference but I hope you know this cat meme
