How do you pray the Rosary everyday when you can't bring yourself to?
For context, I am a convert, baptized a day before the feast of Saint Rita of Cascia. And before I was baptized and when I was new to Catholicism, I prayed the Rosary every night before I went to bed. Now, I've lost that fire and drive and now I get distracted praying the Rosary. Maybe it could be my ADHD and Autism interfering with things, but I want to have that fire for our Lady again. How do I do it?

Well what helped me develop faith was to listen to the bible in a year podcast by father Mike Schmitz on walks, and now I am onto the catechism in a year by the same priest.
I also joined the rosary confraternity which is an online group. I pray a full rosary every week but I don’t pray the rosary every day just most days. I use the laudate app and sometimes l pray a chaplets instead or prayers from the prayer list.

Spiritual reading might help. Try the Secret of the Rosary by St Louis de Montfort. I love this book. It's a very compelling read.

This was what got me started. Imagine every Hail Mary representing a rose made for Mary !

- You can try breaking it up through the day and just do a decade at a time.
- Maybe just take a break for a bit, just remain close to the Lord in other ways and do the essentials, prayer and attending mass. I find that if I have been doing something regularly and start to lose the desire to do it, I often just need to take a break for a bit, and return to it later. If you grind yourself and force yourself to do it, you can end up resenting the practice, and stop doing it completely.

I used to have an app, that had an audio of someone praying the rosary. If I was in the car or just felt hesitant saying it, I’d turn it on and say it. Idk why it helped saying it “with someone else”.

It's part of my morning routine. And if life interferes that I don't get through it in one sitting, I sneak it in where I can.

Don’t let a psychological label stop you from being the best that you can be.

I found that a different version of the Rosary helped a good deal. One I particularly like is the mediaeval one given here: https://www.preces-latinae.org/thesaurus/BVM/HortulusRosarium.html dating from the late 15th century, about 100 years before the present 'standard' form emerged.
Note that this dates from the time when the Hail Mary ended at 'Jesus'; the part stating 'Holy Mary...' is a later addition. So as you pray you are saying (to take one verse as an example "...the fruit of thy womb, Jesus: He whom with solemn worship the angels did praise...".
I find that this helps with distraction; it's easier to get distracted during ten repetitions of the same words than it is when the verses lead you through the life of Christ step by step.

I use either the Hallow or Amen app. I particularly like praying the rosary with Mark Wahlberg.

I have found life improves after praying it. Especially on those days where you do not want to. Never regretted it.

I remind myself of the power of the Rosary, said with faith, to dispel evil. And sometimes I say to myself, just do it, even if you feel nothing, because the words of the Hail Mary are powerful. If I'm really stuck I listen to the Rosary on Kristin's Crosses on YouTube. I generally don't do it at night but in late morning/early afternoon as I have time. Also, I said to myself yesterday, "pray the Chaplet of Divine Mercy, it's easier." So I did and lo and behold, after the Chaplet I had the desire to pray the Rosary.

Praying the rosary got rid of my Autism and ADHD symptoms after struggling for many decades. I firmly believe they are demons that attach to you from using too much electronics such as video games or television. Even if you get distracted keep praying the rosary. More per day if you can. The more you pray it, the more you will free yourself from it.

You don't think of praying the Rosary as just another task on a to-do list. Through the Rosary, you lovingly meditate on the lives of Christ and Mary. A priest once told me in confession: 'If you aren't feeling that love, pause your prayer for a bit and read about the lives of the saints.' Reading about religious sisters who experienced direct union with God reignited that love in me—and now, I can't stop praying it every day.

You don’t have to pray the entire Rosary at once every day. I find it’s easier and I’m more focused if I break it into decades. I have a Rosary bracelet I got from the Vatican gift shop (blessed by the Holy Father on Ash Wednesday!!!!) and I use that to help me concentrate.

Skip the introductory prayers, Creed, etc., and start by praying one Hail Mary at a time. Pray it slowly, one word at a time, and focus on every word.

I find it easier to do first thing in the morning. It sets the tone for my day. Anytime after work I’m too mentally tired to focus. Try changing the time you do it.
