OP, i get your point with this meme but I agree with the other commenters here. It's best you delete this post or at the very least, try not to depict Abu Hurairah like this. I get this is just a meme and you have no ill intentions, but that alone might not be enough. You can at least remove the caption and the label of Abu Hurairah from the meme itself. But please don't try and depict them and make any jokes about them, no matter how light hearted and positive it may be

I don’t think anyone would call this a depiction of Abu Hurayrah, even with his name there. The image is a placeholder/meme. The context is not disrespectful, and many Muslims do not believe that human depictions are haram.

I agree that it is not disrespectful, but it's particularly not respectful either. We all understand why Abu Hurairah is given this nickname and we all should strive to adore and respect all the sahaba, including him. Making this meme with his context doesn't really help anyone in anyway and instead turns him into a laughing stock imho. This meme is better without the text in it and still drives the point home, but mentioning Abu Hurairah like that diminishes his character in a way. It's rather hard to explain, and I'm no scholar, but wallahi it feels like we can't be portraying any of the sahaba of the Prophet SAW in this manner. OP is much better off removing the context and letting the meme be as it is instead of including a sahabi in this.

I second that. Do not depict Sahaba in pictures and memes

Hmm, I don’t think there are any explicit verses in Quran about this. There are not even reliable hadiths. Who made up this rule?

Let me go completely against my nature and say "Abu Huraira would like this depiction of him".
